Food 4.7 Service 5.0 Don't be fooled by a food truck parked under an old industrial cover! The food here is A MUST TRY!!! Beef & Co only does one type of beef = Tri-tip; and it happens to be one of my favorite meats to eat. So their forager: crimi mushrooms, grilled onions, black truffle aioli, & sharp white cheddar was my pick and my daughter had the Yeti: pickled jalapeño, fried onions, cheese sauce, & bbq sauce. Both sandwiches were packed with meat and unique flavors; and as you eat more the flavors build on your palette. OH and their sweet potatoes fries are on point = Hot & crunchy! (A bit over seasoned) I hope to return soon to try a different sandwich, but I know my daughter will beat me to it!

After having a sandwich at Tats and Paseo in Seattle a week later, I can confirm that Beef & Co. serves up the best steak sandwiches in the nation based on my time on this earth.

Walk up and order! Or order ahead online and pick up!

Most excellent tri-tip sandwiches in the area! Variety of creative sandwiches with the friendliest staff! Their food truck is located on a quiet side street in Pullman, but there is plenty of parking up and down the area. Excellent place to grab a meal before heading to the park (right down the street!). It's under a covered area with seating in and out of the shade. Tippy frites are also a tasty choice! I even suggest splitting a sandwich bc they are rich and so flavorful, but you might feel as if you overindulged too much at one sitting!

Food was great.garlic fries on point. Beef actually has flavor, usually a missing feature in many other steak sandwiches places.

So you pivot walk up and order to-go instead of waiting for the 1+ wait due to the group size. Now I had Sydney (no badge so this is how I'll spell her name) was awesome grabbed a ordering pad took my order: pulled pork Mac n cheese, prime rib dip, x2 seared salmon, mushroom burger and a blue cheese chicken salad...oh and some bbq chicken wings too! She said give us 30 minutes and 30 minutes on the nose, I had food in hand and out the door! No pictures from this order since food in to go boxes are not that sexy and I had hangry diabetes in this group so maybe on our next visit. Food was awesome as usual and was extra special because we're celebrating our Coug! GO COUGS! And thanks to South Fork for always being a great place to be and have a nice meal.

I'm already looking forward to returning soon for another wonderful meal at this welcoming spot!

Lots of bacon lardons to give more depth to the pasta. Very tasty. The lamb is delicious, though the crust was a little salty for my taste. Ask for it to be medium rare + so you get the nice cool red. There are 6 lambchops served with a couscous salad and tzakiti. If you like lamb, get this. The roasted chicken is amazing. So so so good. Perfectly done with a side of kale and nice size croutons, crunchy and buttery. Ordered the dip appetizer and the pita is soft as a vessel to try 3 different dips - one is garlicky with breadcrumbs (it's more addicting than you think), feta with a roasted pepper and tzakiti. All tasty! Didn't leave room for dessert. Next time!

My favorite item on their appetizer menu is the cheese plate. I don't like crackers so I've started ordering it with some extra apple slices instead of the crackers. The goat cheese panna cotta itself is delicious but the best part is that the seasonal sides are amazing and change very frequently. It's a positive example of a dish never being exactly the same. I've always had great service at the bar. The only complaint I've heard was from a grad student we know who ordered multiple items and didn't realize they forgot his entree until everyone at the table was almost done eating. Thankfully the group had plenty to talk about so they didn't mind it being a long dinner. Finally... the drinks. The only regret I've had was ordering a beer when they have such a fantastic cocktail menu. I am a fan of their non alcoholic cocktails currently but I do enjoy occasionally ordering from the main menu.

They weren't "dead", but not "slammed" either. So we're brought to our table, there are three of us. We proceed to sit there for... Close to thirty minutes. They brought us waters. Didn't take our drink order. Didn't take our food order. Eventually our server shows up. We order food. All simple things. Two of us only ordered fries. I kid you not, I did not see the server again. We waited another... 20-30 minutes for our food. Then, one of my friends and I had to LEAVE because we were going to see a show. My third friend offered to hang back to let someone know that we were leaving. Apparently they brought the food, realized that we had all left, and then... Offered to box the food up for us?!?! They even brought the check to my third friend. I was at the restaurant for over an hour, never got my food, and then they bring it, offer to box it up, and try to make my friend PAY for it?!? Absolutely positively ridiculous. It seems like a cool little bar, but I will not be back.

Very few customers (3 tables full…read moremaybe). 5 of us ordered and my daughter's wings came out 20 minutes before everything else when she clearly ordered them as an entree. The rest of the food took about 35-40 minutes to come out when there was literally no one there. Also, the food we ordered was simple to get out in a fairly timely manner (Club sandwich, bruschetta, Mac and cheese, and Caesar salad). The menu is weirdly specific in some instances and not specific at all in others. Ex: wings come in mild, buffalo, and spicy, but one would assume the buffalo is a sauce but the mild was a dry rub (would be nice to know but not stated). Ex: Caesar is $14 and you can add "grilled" chicken, shrimp, or salmon for an extra $5 (in the case of chicken). My "grilled" chicken came out in cold chunks that looked like they had been rebought and kept cold then just dumped in the salad. When u order an entree salad and they say "grilled" chicken one would assume it's been freshly grilled for dinner, not just a salad that I could get in the deli aisle at a supermarket. Just an overall weird dinner for the price we paid. Service was friendly enough but sparse. Food tasted decent enough but when going out to eat I'd like to pay for more attention to the food than what I could put together with what I bought on my Costco run. Maple Manhattan was a solid drink though. Overall, not a 1 bc the taste was ok, but the rest was super underwhelming for what else is available in Pullman. Probably won't be back.
