I ordered the chicken cordon bleu sandwich. The chicken was tasty and I really liked the bun, but it was a small dollop of honey mustard. Additionally, I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese, and I'm no connoisseur, but I do enjoy trying macaroni and cheese dishes at different locations and usually enjoy all I've ordered Perhaps it was an off batch, but it was not flavorful whatsoever. I even had my husband try it, and he was unimpressed. Very bland, could not taste any cheese, and it was mostly starchy/noodle tasting. He ordered the pulled chicken and the brisket and a side salad. Even with the sauce, the brisket really wasn't that flavorful. The ranch for the fries was more on the tangy side (not buttermilky) and. It of my preference, so I went with ketchup. It was so thin that it was nearly impossible to dip. Everything just dripped everywhere. There was a bit of a kick if you can spoon over some salsa on the chip. Very little kick. Even less flavor I would say. The tostada salad was a good size. It's a salad. Pretty hard to mess it up, honestly. My favorite part was the tostada bowl though. The people who are from Southern California would not call this an authentic Mexican restaurant but maybe the locals like it this way.
