I was visited a friend and Pullman and we decided to try this place. It's a food truck parked in a lot and had to give it a try with the ratings! I got the forager without onions and it was really good! I was not expecting a footlong sandwich! The mushrooms were a little salty (this is just personal preference and I'm sensitive to any salt in food) but the tri tip was sooo tender. Together, it was a great sandwich and I will be back when I visit again! I hate doing this but we placed an order 15 min before closing and I sped over to pick it up. He waited to make our order until I got there and graciously hand delivered it to me at my car!! If you're using Apple Maps, don't listen to it when it tells you to turn right off of Latah. It takes you in the wrong direction! Just keep heading straight down Latah and you will see the truck parked under an awning. Maps thinks there's a street behind the food truck but it's blocked off and you can't turn the way it wants you to. read more

They occasionally offer delivery (through the Toast Local app) so that's the only way I've tried their food so far. We drive by this food truck all the time when they're closed but not when they're open... Their sandwiches might not be cheap but they are delicious. I also love shishito peppers so I hope they show up on their menu again. My one wish is to someday be able to easily order the sandwiches as a bowl instead. I think they've told me I can just request "no bread" but I often feel awkward doing that at restaurants because people often won't slice sandwich ingredients in a way that works well without the bread (even when they know they're skipping the bread). read more

Beef & Co only does one type of beef = Tri-tip; and it happens to be one of my favorite meats to eat. So their forager: crimi mushrooms, grilled onions, black truffle aioli, & sharp white cheddar was my pick and my daughter had the Yeti: pickled jalapeño, fried onions, cheese sauce, & bbq sauce. Both sandwiches were packed with meat and unique flavors; and as you eat more the flavors build on your palette. OH and their sweet potatoes fries are on point = Hot & crunchy! (A bit over seasoned) I hope to return soon to try a different sandwich, but I know my daughter will beat me to it! read more

Most excellent tri-tip sandwiches in the area! Variety of creative sandwiches with the friendliest staff! Their food truck is located on a quiet side street in Pullman, but there is plenty of parking up and down the area. Excellent place to grab a meal before heading to the park (right down the street!). It's under a covered area with seating in and out of the shade. Tippy frites are also a tasty choice! I even suggest splitting a sandwich bc they are rich and so flavorful, but you might feel as if you overindulged too much at one sitting! read more

The food here is amazing!!! Wish this was a restaurant but I love that it's somewhere we can pop in to get food before continuing on with our day! Despite it being a food truck- the food tastes SOOOO GOOD! Not too greasy, or salty, or unappealing- as I've found many other food truck meals to be. The service is wonderful! The man we've continued to have cook and serve us (not sure if there are more employees) has always been kind! On a nice day, it's wonderful to just sit and wait outside for your food, or to sit in the car with the windows down- but on colder or rainy days he is kind enough to run the food out to you while in your car. Friendly staff. A few tables to eat at. We stopped on a two week road trip around Wa, after reading about it on a maps search. I can't pass a good steak sandwich. This is one of the best. Great unique selection of subs. They look small but are filled with the tenderest most deliciously seasoned pieces of Tri-tip. We got back to the west side of the state and my husband is trying to get an excuse for that 5 hour drive again. Four thumbs up and two smiles for miles. We felt so lucky to find this relatively new spot in Pullman on a football game weekend. It's about a 25-minute walk downhill from campus and I'm sure glad we went. The tri-tip sandwiches were exceptional. I had The Forager and the mushrooms were awesome. He had The Hatch and we both shared sweet potato fries with their special ranch dressing. It was great!
