You can add however much sauce you like - I found their recommendations for how many spoonfuls pretty accurate. I always like adding a lot of sauce to my noodles and I found their 6-8 spoonfuls (I added 8) for the medium bowl and found that a correct amount. The cooks saw that I had put some spicy sauce and fish on mine and a kid was right after me with a bowl of plain noodles so they went ahead and cooked the kid's first to make sure that my food didn't containment his. That was very nice, respectful and observant of them - despite it being a bit busy so massive props to that! If you have food allergies, Mongolian grill probably isn't fundamentally for you - but if there are certain flavors/spices you don't like, the cooks try their best to make sure it doesn't get in your food. The price is also excellent - it's excellent food for a great price so I would recommend this to everyone!

The menu has classic selection of food but we were here for breakfast. My daughter and I both had omelettes: one chili cheese (recommended by our waiter) and the other the farmer's, both are full of flavor and hearty so don't be surprised if you skip lunch. Their chili was a nice balance of bean and meat just wished there was more cheese. The gravy on the farmer's was smooth and not too thick & heavy. The sides of potatoes and toast puts you over into carb overload. Thank goodness my daughter and I decided to walk off the food afterwards. The bar was pretty low, after all. After sitting there a while, a young man came by and asked about what drinks we wanted. Five minutes later someone else came by and asked basically all the same things. Problems with the first one? This time I at least got my request in (never was asked the first time). Right after this, someone at the table asked for menus since we hadn't seen any yet. 15 minutes later someone came by with our drinks and asked for our order. Progress. A long wait later (26 minutes actually) the food started coming out. From walking in, to getting food was about 50 minutes. Credit given for the order all being correct. Ah, the food. I can only comment on what I and my wife got. She ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich, gluten free. What an abomination. The bread was about 2 inches wide. And tough? It was so tough it was inedible. I tried some of the meat. I am at a loss to describe it. It seemed like it was pieces of cubed steak. And flavor? I personally do not like green peppers at all. But this sandwich's flavor wouldn't have been that objectionable as I could barely detect the green peppers. The whole thing was pretty flavorless. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger. Can't go wrong with a simple burger. So I thought. Again, flavor issues. The bigger problem was the burger. Crunchy on the edges and definitely well-done throughout. No hint of pink. Or of any moisture. I couldn't finish it. Which was a first for me. And then the bill. My wife said that before she saw it she was going to tell me to leave no tip because of the quality of the food and the minimal service we received. But the bill had 18% "gratuity included". That was news to me. I had not noticed this mentioned anywhere. I thought about discussing it but at this point I just wanted to be done with the whole thing and leave. But the most insulting part of the bill was the line for "Additional Tip". What? No chance in hell. I would like the other tip back, please, not give more. So, because of all this, I have changed my rating. It was a 2, but now I am downgrading it to a 1. And I have learned my lesson. Nobody is going to talk me into going here again.
