I was super excited to try Palouse Juice today! I love their vibes, values, and the compostable items. However, when we first came in the workers seemed unprepared and inattentive. There was a lack of effort in the customer service. When my acai bowl came out it looked gorgeous and I definitely took a picture, but when I dug into it the base was still frozen. It was like eating a half frozen slushy. I asked if the base could be modified and the workers were taken aback by the question and stumbled over an answer. The base is pre-made and then frozen so no modifications can be made without a new batch being created. I spent $10 on a slim 16 oz frozen bowl. Overall, it was not a bad experience and I will come back and order something else. read more

While waiting for my table at Bloom, I thought I'd check out this new place. The atmosphere was nice and you can tell it was a natural juice bar just from the aroma. I will say that the venue and decor was welcoming and I look forward to coming back for the atmosphere. The staff were great and friendly! It is really sad when a business decides they don't care about the community. My mask doesn't protect me it protects you. Your mask doesn't protect you it protects me. Masks don't let the water you breathe out past the mask. If you sneeze against a wall does the person on the other side get sprayed? No, the mask is the wall. If I am fighting trauma and asthma to protect you I would hope you could handle some discomfort to protect me or use an alternative (like a face shield). What a great spot to get smoothie bowls! We tried the Boom-Chia-Pow and the Trail Blazer! Both were amazing and very filling, but we preferred the Boom-Chia-Pow. The honey on top was the best part. They were $9 each which seemed high, but for the quality was worth it. Will come back as often as we can! Great spot to do homework as there are outlets everywhere. Came to this spot feeling super excited to find a juice/smoothie spot in Moscow. It's an adorable, bright, clean space with friendly staff. The menu is large and has all kinds of items, with something for everybody (although I often am puzzled when health spots & juice bars serve items like dairy, but whatever). I ordered the green smoothie and was unfortunately very disappointed. My $8 smoothie wasn't blended well at all (I had huge chunks of spinach, banana, and pineapple in my cup) and tasted too sweet and somewhat syrupy. The acai bowls are truly delicious. Everything is a bit expensive, but that's to be expected given the high quality ingredients. What I did not expect, however, was the poor service. The young woman who took my order hardly said a word and was very rude when I declined a bowl+juice special. She actually rolled her eyes at me. My personal experience here wasn't a very positive one. When I went into palouse juice, the floor was very sorry with garbages scattered around, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee from the back noticed me. The employee who took my order didn't smile, seemed as though she wasn't interested in working. (She could have had at least smiled) I ordered a tropical drink which wasn't very good. The drink had pineapple, strawberry and maybe kiwi. The only flavor I could taste was pineapple. And on top of that it's advertised as fresh fruit drinks, so I was looking forward to trying it and then I saw her pull out a pre packaged, pre diced pineapple from a cup and only used the pineapple for my drink instead of all the fruit that should have been in the drink. And the largest drink is a 16oz that costs $7 which is not worth it, it's way over priced. read more

Today I went in and who I'm assuming is the owner took my order, she was totally fine with me ordering something not on the menu and tried it herself and said it was really good. She came and gave me my juice and realized I was super sick, she then told me all the wonderful health benefits of ingredients and told me next time I'm sick to come in and she'll get rid of it naturally. Went in for a yummy fresh juice and ended up with the opposite. I should point out that I am a raw vegan and I don't consume processed foods. A fruit smoothie should just be fruit right? When you walk in you will notice no fresh produce and it makes you wonder how they can offer fresh fruit smoothies. I asked what was in the smoothie I ordered and was told just mangos and strawberries. Awsome... I watch as my order was made and noticed they poured somthing from a jug into the blender with a few strawberries. When I got my smoothie after paying for it I was told my mango strawberry smoothie was primarily strawberry because they ran out of mangos. So I spent $7 for a 16oz cup full of ice a few strawberries and somthing from a jug that was not on the menu. When I started drinking my smoothie I noticed it was much sweeter than a few strawberries so I'm assuming the jug was full of some juice concentrate full of preservatives and added sugar. My face got really hot which happens when I consume processed foods and preservative. I will not go back based on the fact that they do not make fresh fruit smoothies. read more

My wife and I have visited this spot quite a few times now and have yet to have an experience that was less than tremendous. We both have dietary restrictions and prefer to eat clean even beyond those restrictions and we've not found a better place anywhere, let alone on the Palouse. I've had about half the smoothies on the menu and have enjoyed them all and the food is prepared with a tremendous amount of care even beyond the overall quality, which is remarkably high. The cooks make each dish look like it was made with great care. The food is a rare combination of clean burning and flavorful and considering all you get, the price point is less than we'd expect. The owners are passionate and really want their customers to be satisfied and have created a great environment to make it happen, super clean, inviting and fun. It's a great place with a great vibe ... you leave feeling well fed and like you did something good for yourself. read more
