We've been to this location a few times. This day we went through the drive thru on the way out. Lunchtime it was a little busy, but the line moved fast. I looked out the window and noticed a fenced in dog park with a picnic table. It seemed cery nice in case someone is traveling with their fur babies. Food: Fresh and hot. I had a kids meal that came with a 2 chicken strips drinks, fries, and ice cream. Yum ! Parking: Nice lot. Plenty of space. Clean Restrooms: My hubby went inside, I didn't. He didn't complain so I guess they were fine. read more

We passed through on the way from Oklahoma to South Tx. This is the cleanest Dairy Queen I've ever been in! The front of house staff were polite and attentive. The restrooms were well stocked and clean. The dining area was well maintained. We stopped for a snack of fries and were pleasantly surprised about the "Pet Playground" in the back ! Our Great Dane got to stretch his legs..... and he may have received a little bit of fries himself !! Thank you so much for doing the little things to make big impacts on travelers!!! Really the worst food I've had at a Dairy Queen, though the counter service was friendly and fine. My burger was not warm and came with onions, which I had asked to be left off. I really think it was premade and under a heat lamp. The tater tots were fine, the French fries were awful, limp. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and fine. There was plenty of parking and it was easy to get on and off the highway. read more

Terrible 8 minutes of my life: Flat soda from machine, very large and lazy people working there: Rude and didn't want to be bothered. The older lady that made a banana split didn't wear gloves. She put 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate on the sundae and the customer kindly asked for more chocolate. She replied I can't give you more unless you pay. He got upset and she lectured him on how she can give him a little more chocolate this time ONlY. The restroom was very dirty. We will never stop therw again. read more

Went through drive through and it took over 20 min to order and get our food. The stench coming out of the drive thru window was horrifying. It's as if the grease was a year old and the smell radiated out of the window. All of the doors to the restaurant were open allowing flys in and out. I'm honestly worried about getting sick from eating the food here but have already paid for it Won't be coming here again. read more

I left Texas 20 years ago and recently moved back. I don't eat at DQ often, but on a recent drive to Dallas, as I used to when doing that drive so often, I stopped in Centerville for nostalgia's sake and ignoring the newer, glossier restaurants off the highway, made a B-line for the old DQ. A man was out front power washing so I was glad to see they still take pride in how the place looks. The interior was old, as if it were all the same from 30 years ago when I started driving between Houston and Dallas several times a year. There were old photos on the walls, ample seating, and a TV on the wall showing annoying soap operas, but I was glad to not have to hear politics or sports. I ordered one of my favorites; the DQ Dude - a chicken fried steak sandwich. It was complete with lettuce, tomato and mayo. It only took about 3 minutes to prepare and was delivered to my table with a side of fries. It was all hot and fresh. It tasted fantastic, as I remembered them to be. The fries were thick and iced tea was perfect. I loved how friendly the staff were. In fact, I noticed even all the patrons were polite and friendly; just as I remember rural Texas being, when people knew respect, waved to one another and smiled often. The only sad thing was that I was too full to enjoy a frozen treat for dessert. read more

We've stopped here a couple of times on trips home to Houston from Dallas, mainly because I'm a big Blizzard fan! The service has been good for us, the food is fine but I just love my Blizzards! Do check your bag before you pull away as this is one location where they might forget to put in the napkins and ketchup. I don't understand all of the negative reviews. My bacon cheese burger was delicious, my kids loved their popcorn chicken and corn dogs. The fries were crisp and evenly salted. All in all, it was a great DQ experience. The restaurant was very clean, bathrooms were clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We ended our lunch with dilly bars, blizzards and buster bars. The ice cream was fresh and I love the small town DQs that make their own DQ treats (not from the box). It's a DQ! I don't expect a perfectly grilled steak and chocolate mousse. For a DQ it was great! read more

The moolattes are good. The "toast" is never toasted and never has butter on it. They just throw the bread in a box. The gravy is always lumpy and cold. The wait takes forever and service is always with a blank stare. I would recommend going somewhere else for food. read more
