Perfect crust. Generous portions. Not overcharged...NOT MADE IN ANOTHER ZIP CODE AND SHIPPED IN like the beaver company. Yes they do. Friggin tourist trap. Just juicy Texas goodness. The chopped pulled pork...order a tub. Take it home. The website describes each lunch box as a 6" sandwich, chips, and a cookie. It also says sandwiches come standard on Italian bread with provolone, lettuce, and tomato. I also ordered a couple of extra Toppings Platters so my group would have more veggie options. When I picked up the order, there were no boxes. Everything came in regular bags. I was told Subway doesn't carry the boxes anymore, even though the website still lists and advertises them as "boxes." Then I was told that none of the sandwiches had any vegetables on them. When I asked why, the employee said that since I'd ordered the extra veggie platters, they assumed I didn't want lettuce and tomato on the sandwiches. Those toppings are part of the standard sandwich I paid for. Instead of owning the mistake, she blamed me and said I should have added a special note asking for the toppings that are already included. Lettuce and tomato aren't a huge deal. But on a large catering order, I expect the order to be made as advertised, and I expect a mistake to be owned instead of blamed on the customer. The menu or website should also match what's actually being provided.
