Best Whataburger we have been to! Visited on 1/1/23 around 2 pm. Staff were very friendly! But, the star here was the food. Every item was freshly cooked and at the right temperature. You almost expect to have at least one item not be fresh. Chicken strips, French fries, jalapeño cheddar burger, and onion rings were all perfect. Some Whataburgers are better than others. My experience at this one tells me this is one of the better locations, even if it's not even a standalone location. Stopped in here on Sunday morning. (By the way, one of my favorite things about Whataburger is that you can order a burger or chicken 24/7 in case you don't want breakfast.) I ordered a #5 combo (bacon cheeseburger). What's not to like? I was served by a friendly employee. My order came out accurately and quickly. The burger, fries, and iced tea tasted good. Condiments were available. The inside of the restaurant and the restroom were both spotless. As I left, I was thanked for my business. I travel frequently and this Whataburger is on my route. This is one of THE BEST stores. I've visited here for years, staff is always friendly and efficient. Food is always hot and fresh. I didn't think they could be better but now they are exceptional! I accidentally left my wallet here 12/26. I did not discover until 12/30. Luckily, I have a tracker in wallet. Today we had a very pleasant visit at this Whataburger. Food was good, I love my spicey ketchup. I really wanted to give a big shout out to a gentleman named Chris that works there, I goofed up on my order and it became an on going joke between us then he visited our table to check on us and make sure everything was good. While there we asked about the rootbeer shake coming back, I really like it, he told me to try the Dr. Pepper shake. All the employees we talked to were really nice. After pulling around and waiting about 10 minutes for our food, we double checked it and had received someone else's order. After pulling back to the speaker and telling them what happened, the manager came out and told us they had given our order to someone else & vice versa. He voided the charge off our card and we had our food 15 minutes later. The manager and employees were all super nice and helpful. Our food was seriously the best Whataburger we've had in forever. Would definitely make it a point to stop by again if traveling through just because of how great the manager was in handling a mix up. read more

I loveeee the Whataburger avocado bacon burger, so I decided to order one from this location via the app in advance because I was in a hurry. The app said it would be ready in about 5-10 min, and I was 10 min away; however, when I arrived, it was another 30 min before I got my food. I felt bad for the man working because he was the only person running the food from inside to the cars parked outside. I was told there was some sort of system break down, but there was no option to just get my money back and leave. Ultimately, the food tasted good, and the order was correct, but it just took wayyyyy to long to get my order. read more

The service was awful. The food was even worse. My whataburger Jr had a piece of meat thin like paper and pieces of meat were missing out of the thin patty. Forgot my cheese. It was cold. That was just my food. The kids food was sorry also. Not even going to start on that food. I have never been so disappointed in Whataburger before. And then she argued with me and the manager looked at me like I was stupid the stupid one. The receipt said 2 shakes. But I ordered a malt! Big difference people. i recently visited this particular whataburger because a friend told me it was better then in and out. that's not true. i ordered a double jalapeno burger with bacon. the cashier did not know what she was doing. she began to ring up my order and it went from nine dollars to twelve dollars because i didn't want tomatoes and wanted to add extra onions. i paid and waited aleast twenty minutes for my order, other people that ordered after me got there orders i was still waiting. i asked the cashier if my order was ready and she didn't know. she really didn't know what was going on. i got the order and it was not what i ordered. the manager gave me a refund for $2.50 cents and had them make me another burger that took about 20 more minutes for me to get. the burger was exactly as the first one not made correctly. i asked to talk to the manager and i was ignored. i left the store and will never return, i would not recommend this place to anyone. do not eat there if so you will see. read more

Very clean restrooms! Place is decorated very cute. The lady at the register rang up my crazy order in a way to save us money. You never see that anymore. They were taking donations for the East Texas Food Bank. Small town Texas. You gotta love it. read more
