I like this location at the post oak mall because the staff is genuine and fast. The convenience of ordering via the app is another perk- and often my order is ready within 5 min of placing it. The rewards you get through the app are fantastic, and make every visit that much better and worth it. The only downside to this location is that it IS in the mall. However, they also offer delivery for a fee if you don't want to go inside. The menu items include the cheesesteaks but also sandwiches and different kinds of loaded fries. Everything I've tried here has been good (always get the peach lemonade!!), with the exception of the new garlic parmesan fries... they are a bit oily and not as cheesy and garlicky as I had hoped.
