My family lived in Huntsville 11 years go and encountered poor service in this location at that point in time. Having just moved back this month, I thought I would try again. I placed an online order for pickup designating a pickup time that was 50 minutes after the time of order. When I arrived, there was one customer already waiting to be helped while an employee - that is obviously not held accountable to any positive customer service expectation - completely ignored both of us for 10 minutes after making eye contact as she filled sacks with orders and placed them on the pickup rack at the front of the store. After getting tired of waiting, the customer in front of me pointed to her sack on the rack and asked if she could have it to which the disinterested host said that she was still filling the order. Upon being told by the customer that the order was complete and had been for some time, the host gave her the sack so that she could finally take her food home to eat. Meanwhile, I too had seen a sack sitting on the rack since the time I had walked in the door 10 minutes earlier that i suspected could be my order due to the number of entries on the label. But of course the disinterested host never even spoke to me after giving the first customer her sack - no "Give me just a second", "I'll be right with you", "I hate my job and will make you pay for it", NOTHING! After making eye contact with the cook, he came and asked if I had been helped - 10 MINUTES AFTER I WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER FOR SERVICE. I gave him my name and he pulled the sack that I had been staring at since I walked in. After getting home and eating my soggy wings and fries (for which I unfortunately added a tip when I paid ahead mind you), I felt the need to come to this site to see if others had similar experiences. Kelly - I know that I am just another person that walks through the door and pays for the product supplied by a franchise that you bought into, but until you make positive changes I will certainly take my business - and advise others to do the same - to one of the other wing restaurants in town.
