They are dense and chewy cookies (my favorite type!) and also thick. :D Biscoff cookie (4.5/5)-- this one made me a fan! The cookie was sweet with pockets of Biscoff spread inside. Great for any Biscoff lover! The quality control isn't the best though, as the second time I had the cookie, it was dry and crumbly. If the cookie is usually dry like that, it would be more of a 3/5. I would risk another try though! Cookies and cream (4/5)-- this one was a good cookie too, capturing all the essence of an Oreo flavor. It didn't stand out in uniqueness but it was yummy :) this one was a little harder and crumblier than the Biscoff cookie, but now I wonder if it was just old or dried out... Pistachio brittle/toffee cookie (3/5)-- wasn't a fan of this one, as the taste was a bit off (either a little bitter or maybe artificial tasting?) and the brittle chunks were super hard, super sweet , and super sticky (like butterfinger filling but less melty!). The chunks were tasty (and veryyy sweet), but I had to pick them out and eat the separately since it didn't pair well with the cookie texture for me. MT says the service has always been nice, and they seemed really happy when he bought whole load of cookies, hehe~ Katie's Cafe is one of the go-to spots for his lunches out there!

From the moment we started discussing my wedding (a YEAR in advance) Chef was nothing but kind, sweet and so happy for us! He helped me through every question I had with no hesitation! He prepared over 240 Choice Ribeye Steaks for my wedding, with quite a picky group of eaters! The seasoning he used was absolutely mouthwatering and savory, cooked to a perfect medium rare! He paired it with the most buttery, creamy mash potatoes and home style green beans. And to start the meal he served a dinner role with a VERY Fresh salad! I forgot to mention, he created these beautiful Cucumber sliced special pieces (SO GOOD!!) that we served as an appetizer Durning the "appetizer hour". I genuinely have never had better food at a wedding. I know I'm biased because it's my wedding, but seriously he is amazing! His team also provided bussing services and cake serving. This took away so much stress for my venue and myself! If you're still not sold after all of this, at least give him a call and maybe set up a tasting! I promise you won't' be disappointed!

Go find another company. We ordered catering with Spaghetti and salad for a wedding celebration…read more Spaghetti was cold, sauce was Ragu and a little meat. The salad was 3 pieces of spring mix you could eat in one bite. They ran out of sauce and NOT everyone got served. They packed up and got out of there as if their butt was on fire. It would be best if you found a different company. It was as if it was tossed together at the last minute.
