Always excellent service and food if you live in the area don't miss out on them. They are one of those hidden gems in a shopping strip that you say you'll try but you never do. The tapioca dessert is 10000% my comfort food

Came here for lunch with my family who was visiting from out of town, and we ordered a bunch of dishes to eat family style. It was absolutely delicious! I felt like the food was flavorful without being "heavy", which can be a struggle at some other Thai restaurants. The service was fast and attentive - all of these dishes came out within 10 minutes of us ordering them!

Probably my favorite Thai restaurant in League City! We frequent both locations and both have great food and reasonable prices. Our usual go to dishes are the panang curry, drunken noodles, and Thai basil dishes. Sit down service is very timely for a quick lunch as well.

This hidden gem is tucked away in a quiet shopping center off NASA parkway. I was very impressed with the portions of their dishes. The inside is pretty dark, decorated well and the staff is attentive to your table. It's a small restaurant that gets packed pretty quickly on weekends. This is going to be a to go for quick Thai food now'

Absolutely delicious from appetizer to entree! Loved the iced coffee! Relaxing atmosphere and the kindest people I have ever met! Definitely a must visit! Service was beyond remarkable! Excellent visit in every way!

This is a beautiful Thai restaurant that serves fresh food and house made noodles. We had extremely friendly and quick service this evening. I always recommend Thai Stellar to my friends.

What a fitting name because Thai stellar is quite stellar. We found an amazing restaurant today and we will definitely be back here for many more meals. They have quite the menu and we are looking forward to trying this place ASAP again. Food: we started off with some egg rolls and let me tell you what, they're cooked fresh to order. Full of flavor and very tasty. The sauce that came with them was so good. Next main course. I went with the drunken noodle and it was absolutely amazing. The beef was tender and had so much flavor. So many vegetables with flavor oh my God it was an amazing meal. My girlfriend had the sweet-and-sour chicken and let me tell you what it was absolutely amazing. I've never seen that dish on any other time menu before. The sauce was exceptionally good. We also got some dessert which was the deep-fried banana with ice cream. Oh my God absolutely amazing. This place is a true hidden gem. I cannot wait to come back and try more things off their menu. The customer service is exceptionally good as well. Also, we really like the interior decor. All of these different movie posters and differentthings of Thailand. This is a very unique great restaurant. We will continue to come here for many years. I am very pleased with this restaurant. Thanks again for an amazing experience.

We brought my sister-in-law here for her birthday. We ordered the Peany Curry, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodles & all were served with Tom Yum soup and crispy wonton skins with a sauce drizzled over them. Each item was delicious, fresh tasting ingredients and beautifully balanced flavors. The service was courteous and efficient. The decor was pleasant. I was only dismayed by the two large fans in the dining room that were very noisy and made conversation a bit strained. My SIL was delighted with the meal and service, as we were, too.

Man the food here is so good and so is the service. Whenever I'm feeling down Thai food, this is where I will be. The food is always perfection. The service can't be beat. Parking is plentiful. And when you're sitting there eating, you will see a ton of to go orders too. I haven't had a bad meal here and I've been here a lot!!

Arrive in Houston late and with only a few minutes before closing ordered take out from Thai Stellar. They quickly took my order and it was ready by the time I arrived from the airport. They were closing at the time but I'm sure during regular hours the restaurant has a cozy ambiance. Now the food - pad Thai (chef's kiss), papaya salad (outstanding), dumplings (superb) and steamed veggies. Everything, everything was great. I even recommended this spot to my colleagues during my travel. I would definitely go back when I'm in the area again.

I enjoyed this place. It is close to home for me. My son and I got the pad Thai. He had shrimp and I had chicken and they were both really good. I asked for my food to be a little spicy but not too spicy and the server recommended a 2. I thought I can handle more than that but I'm glad I got a 2. It was still with a nice spice. My dad got the seafood salad and didn't care for the octopus in it. My bestie got the drunken noodles and liked hers. We also got the Thai dumplings and those were good. All of our meals minus the salad came with a little soup and some fried wontons with sweet chili sauce on them. I really liked those. I love that they had unsweetened Thai tea and I enjoyed the mango and sticky rice. I will definitely be back here to try some of their other menu items. The menu was a good size, with lots of options. Restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Ambiance was kinda basic, there weren't that many people inside but they were closing soon.

Hello, I wonder if you do party order. For example I want to order a large portion of Pad Thai for my party, about $100 worth?

These are quite entrepreneurial, customercentric folks...I am quite confident they will accommodate such a proposal.

Does anyone know if they have gift cards/gift certificates? It's not mentioned on their web site.

    Yes they do.

I recently stumbled upon a Facebook ad for their fantastic $3 Thai food event, and instantly thought, "Look, self! We ought to check it out!" So, this afternoon, I eagerly made my first visit to take advantage of such a sweet deal. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a canopy laden with various food items, all beckoning potential diners. The BBQ pork skewers immediately caught my eye, and the chicken meatball skewers and wings looked equally tempting. I ended up with about $24 worth of food, including the skewers, kung pao chicken, and both plain and fried rice, which I took inside to enjoy. Or so I thought. Honestly, my lunch was a bit hit-or-miss. I really enjoyed the BBQ pork, the kung pao chicken, and the pad thai, but both the plain and fried rice lacked significant flavor. The chicken meatball, unfortunately, was also a disappointment. Portion-wise, the food was definitely sizable, so much so that I ended up packing a lot into a to-go box. I quenched my thirst with a Thai iced tea, which was incredibly refreshing on a hot day like this. While I wouldn't say I got my money's worth, it was certainly worth a try given the special event.

Also wished that the peanuts were on the side rather than on the dish by default, so I'll keep that in mind. 5/5 Kao Pad - Spice level 1.5 seems wimpy, but it is perfect that way. SO extremely flavorful and the steak is so nicely cooked. Also love the tomatoes. 5/5 Ahi Tuna - I legit could go here and only get this. Everything about it is so perfect (other than the wasabi, because who invited wasabi to this perfect dish?) 4.5/5 Panang Curry - Very enjoyable, though I do wish there was more protein to the dish. 3/5 Asparagus and Crab - Kind of a disappointment. I don't think the two complement each other in any meaningful way. 3/5 Chilean Sea Bass - Chilean Sea Bass is so incredibly overrated. For the price and what we got, it simply left us wanting more of something else (I forgot what the dish is called... whoops, there is a picture) 4.5/5 Raad Prick - Plenty flavorful, though I do feel that there should be more to this dish like vegetables, but it does allow the fish to stand out.

I've gone about five times now and this was by far my least favorite experience (I still liked it, but I was a little disappointed), which was unfortunate since this was my parent's first experience here. My only issues were the food, so here's my opinion on each one we ordered: 1. Thai Tea - 4.8/5 - Definitely one of the best Thai Teas at a restaurant. Though I could still use more of the Thai Tea base flavor rather than milk, everyone at my table still enjoyed this drink. 2. Red Curry - 4.5/5 - Quite nice and had very good flavor. I don't love the addition of bell peppers in here, but that's a personal preference. 3. Pad See Ew - 3/5 - Kind of basic. Nothing made it stand out and noodles this kind of stuck together and became mushy. 4. Pad Thai - 3/5 - I've gotten this twice before, and for some reason it just tasted completely different and nothing like what Pad Thai should actually taste like. Not bad, but just not what you want when eating a Pad Thai. Noodles were also pretty mushy. 5. Steamed Fillet Snapper - 4/5 - Fairly clean and nice tasting, but just a little too plain for my taste. Still, a great option if you want something lighter for your meal. 6. Rib Eye Pepper Steak Thai Style - 4/5 - I really liked the sauce for this one and the beef was cooked very well, but the garlic they chose to put on top was extremely bitter and ruined my thoughts on the dish. I love this place, but this experience was the first time I've ever questioned going back here again. I hope this time was just a fluke.

The experience was --- interesting. As is common with tasting menu restaurants, there was a story to go with each dish presented. Also as common with this sort of thing, some dishes were better than others, and many were just okay. At $150 per person, it was on the expensive side, and I question whether it was worth that. Perhaps $100 would have been appropriate. A wine/cocktail option was offered for something like an additional $125, but everyone declined. We were filled to excess by the food, and found it difficult to imagine having space for drinks on top of that. An interesting experience, but we are unlikely to return at this price point.
