The whole place is a hidden gem. Recommend them 10000x over! Everything on the menu is 10/10

Only in small town USA would you find a donut shop that serves homemade Vietnamese lunch. Everything was delicious. Especially loved the Pho with homemade fish sauce & pepper sauce added. Even the add ins like julienned carrots & cilantro are very fresh. Friendly staff, too! Can't wait to try their kolaches & donuts we got to go. Will return even though it's an hour from home. I'd heard there is a Vietnamese cafe in a former Dairy Queen, but with a Texas twist. It's also a donut shop, with regional stuff like bodin sausage kolaches, jalapeños on anything you want, and all the sticky sweet cinnaminy-sugared-and-glazed-carb-crack-cocaine delights you could ever want. Oh... and crazy good Vietnamese lunch fare and boba. I had no idea. I ordered lunch. It was way too much, because I was thinking a simple "soup-and-sandwich" lunch. They think, "meal in a french roll" and "meal in a bowl." Yes. I ordered 2 meals for myself. The sandwich (banh mi) is this crusty french bread roll with heavenly asian sliced brisket and sweet fresh veggies. The combo "noodle soup" (pho) in the picture is this bucket-sized concoction of delicious broth, piles of noodles, fresh veg and sprouts, and a couple of huge gulf shrimp, plus boudin sausage, plus sliced brisket. Well I have only had the donuts and the kolaces, but just those two things are worth coming back for, again and again. They are easily the best donuts I have had since moving out of a big city. Honestly they are even better than most of those places too. The staff has always been super nice and welcoming. It's just the right size for a quick lunch and have a lot more on the menu. I can't wait to go back and try more things. read more

If you're not from Livingston and you're craving Vietnamese.... You'd think you'd ordered from Le Colonial. Try everything from their Vietnamese egg rolls, phő, and any bánh mì. Not to mention any of the traditional fried rice plates. Oh- and to top it off, they sell the best kolaches and donuts in the AM!. read more

We tried it for lunch - it was bland - ordered the donuts to go - they were better -sprouts were brown - soup was mostly noodles and light broth - the donuts were another story - soft and fluffy- we had the Kolache's for the next morning and they were delish - we will be back for breakfast- read more

I was skeptical when my parents had me pulling into a donut shop for pho but lemme tell y'all somethin. This pho is FIREEEE. I've had pho in a lot of places and this is definitely top tier - just wish there was a flank, tendon, tripe option BUT totally fine w just the brisket bc they execute it very well. The broth has flavor and there's some good fatty pieces of meat too. Very impressed. We will be back for sure read more

Tried their homemade spring rolls, fried rice with shrimp, and a sprinkled iced donut a few weeks after opening that was delicious! The nice thing was being given the donut bag that included complimentary donut holes. I actually enjoyed the donut holes better than the donut while waiting for the food, lol! Recently returned, ordered 5 spring rolls, $9.99, fried rice with shrimp, $13.99, lo mein with shrimp, $13.99, 2 sprinkled iced donuts $2.19, egg, sausage and cheese croissant $3.99 that my bag of donuts included 4 complimentary donut holes again! I forgot to request no cucumber pieces in the spring rolls and would prefer a few pieces of fresh mint instead, but they don't offer mint. I've determined I love the donut holes better than the sprinkled iced donuts, too . I really like the drive thru convenience, and if no one else is behind your vehicle. you can wait there while your food is prepared! They pack the rice and lo mein full to the top of the container, with plenty of good-sized shrimp perfectly cooked. I ordered enough food to last my husband and I for a few meals because it's very well priced. The owners and staff are very nice and professional. My husband absolutely raved how good the egg, sausage, and cheese croissant was, so I will need to try a croissant next time. read more
