I waited patiently while I watched multiple orders come out for people who had ordered after me. I didn't complain because I assumed maybe they were waiting on fresh nuggets, fries, or something else to complete my order. After about 15 minutes, I finally went back to the counter to ask about it. The manager proceeded to look through the orders and bags sitting on the table and then told me, "We didn't call your number?" I explained that I had been there the entire time and that my number was NEVER called. Not once did she apologize, acknowledge the inconvenience, or offer to fix the situation. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or concern about the fact that I had been waiting for an order that apparently had been overlooked. At that point, I simply asked for a refund. Of course, the charge comes out of my account immediately, but the refund takes 2-3 days to go back onto my card. Between the ridiculously long wait, the lack of communication, and the complete lack of customer service from the staff and manager, this was an absolutely unacceptable experience. "
