The Pecan Joy is my new favorite! Texas pecans alongside toasted coconut and dark chocolate flakes in a creamy coconut base. The scoops are very very tiny for the price, but it was a great little treat. I also loved tasting the Texas Sheet Cake: their interpretation of this classic cake combines a swirl of decadent chocolate-pecan icing with delicate chocolate ice cream, but it was just too rich for me. Great spot that I'm sure we will frequent again soon!
