    Maple Creuller

Nice convenient studying spot in Harvard Square! Daily Provisions is clean, bright and spacious. They also have free wifi which is nice. I tried their aesthetically pleasing Goldilox Sandwich however the taste wasn't anything special. The croissant was too doughy instead of flaky. They kind of skimped on the sandwich fillings too which is disappointing considering it was a $15 sandwich. I did enjoy the flavor of their maple creuller ($4.95) though! It was a delicious donut and paired nicely with some morning coffee. The staff seemed really nice too. They're quick to help and are kind. Overall, would say it's a nice cafe to try out, but there are plenty of other affordable cafes out there with similar if not better quality.

Great addition to the Harvard dining scene! The space itself is clean and gets really loud and busy during peak times. The restaurant ran out of food quickly so I ended up ordering my third choice, the SEC (sausage, egg, and cheese on a poppy seed roll) and it did not disappoint. The roll included a runny egg and the sausage had a nice kick to it. I also ordered a chai latte which wasn't too sweet and included candied ginger. This place is a good spot for a quick bite or coffee.

My breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cheese. Egg yolk is dark yellow, runny and yummy!

This was my first time to try Daily Provisions and I was really impressed. Ordering online was easy and the freebie with email registration was wonderful. Really liked how they set up for a pickup. My breakfast sandwich was in an aluminum lined paper bag (just like Chick Fillet) and in a nice shopping bag. Coffee was nicely packed with a sheet of parchment paper like paper between the cup and the lid so that the coffee would not spill. This is what I like about Danny Meyer. "Attention to detail" I'm also happy to know there is a Daily Provisions in DC, which I didn't know. I highly recommend this place.

I was so excited when I heard this native NYC spot was coming to Boston, and I've been wanting to try it for a while. It definitely lives up to SOME of the hype. Starting with the negatives, it's definitely pricey (as to be expected) but I also wouldn't say the flavor of their food/drinks the variety of options on the menu were quite enough to make the expense worth it. What WAS amazing however, was the quality, speed, and friendliness of service in addition to the prime location, clean vibes, and bright working atmosphere. Plus to be fair, I didn't get a chance to try their famous crullers or popular egg sandwich, so for that reason I'd love to come back and experience the cafe more fully. Because of the price and its relationship with the impressivity of my meal, I can't give them five stars on one trip alone, but on a special occasion either showing friends around the area or needing a place to lock in on work, I'm sure my mind could be changed. This spot is one of the more beautiful, modern ones in Boston and I'm excited to explore what other tasty dishes they cook up!

The Goldilox: smoke salmon and cream cheese on an everything croissant

The Cambridge import of the Danny Meyer NYC establishment is bright and clean. Perfect for single parties, students, and teleworkers, because there's communal seating throughout, nice window views, and plenty of pluggage for your laptop. Plenty of restrooms too (3). - The Goldilox: Interesting trying smoked salmon on an everything croissant instead of a bagel. I found the vessel a little too bready, not warm, and neither flaky nor buttery, but the sprinklings on top worked and the fillings were very good. The cream cheese was soft without being airy. Cucumber was a nice touch. Certainly adequate, but it's not replacing my bagel, cream cheese and lox from a few nearby joints (Rebelle, Goldilox, Bagelsaurus). - Maple Cruller: This is not your daddy's Dunkin Donuts cruller, and for that I'm glad. Pleasing flavor, outer crispness, and a nic ely custardy inner texture. We both agreed that it's not going to replace our usual breakfast haunts but that it's definitely worth a return. I'll be returning someday at lunchtime for the patty melt. - Patty Melt: I saw it on the menu and vowed to go back and try it. But let's get this out of the way right away; the beef was the weak link. Plain (surprising for a Danny Meyer joint), thin, and not particularly juicy. However, they did everything else with excellence: good melt in the cheese (American), proper choice of seeded rye (and a very boldly flavored one at that), proper griddling (so many imposters merely toast or press), and plenty of sautéed onions (a little sour instead of the predictable sweet). - Mashed Potatoes: They don't have fries, so I went with mashed to accompany my patty melt. Pricey at $9, but you get a ton of it and it's very fluffy and just buttery enough. Plenty left to take home. Service: Surprisingly much more present than you'd Corey of an order-at-the-counter place, and very pleasant.

Came in on a Saturday morning and the cafe was already popping- had to try a cruller since I read so many good reviews and I really loved the seasonal pumpkin cruller as well as the everything croissant. Iced matcha was decent but nothing special, and it for some reason took a long while to get the actual drink. The space inside is nice and open but it might be hard to get a seat on the weekend since it was pretty crowded. Would recommend downloading the app as well for rewards! Overall would be back for pastries. Food: 4.5/5 Price: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5

Bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich

Service was fast, and the staff were really welcoming. Great selection of breakfast and brunch options, limited seating if you have a group larger than five, so we had to spread out a bit. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, which was very tasty. Great to see a flat white as a drink option on the menu!

    Salmon salad niçoise
    Johnny L.

Enjoyed the salmon salad niçoise a lot; it was just a good mix of a lot of ingredients that I love in one. I haven't had an olive vinaigrette before, but it worked well in this dish and was a lot better than I expected. I'll definitely be coming back for this salad! The inside is a nice place to be and wasn't too busy on a Saturday evening, but I opted to sit on the patio. Water and utensils are self-serve and I appreciated being asked about my meal. I don't know that the raspberry hibiscus cruller or oatmeal cherry cookie (this is the second time I've gotten the cookie) are my favorite snack items as someone that doesn't get sweets too often, but they were at least worth a try.

    Niamh M.

Wow! I'm now addicted to cruller donuts! I got the seasonal special, raspberry and hibiscus and it was still slightly warm it was that fresh! Basically like an eclair consistency! Also got a cortado and it was perfectly made! Not like other places that put wayyyy too much milk in! Another great place to grab my morning coffees

Wonderful cafe with a low key chill vibe. A good amount of seating during the day. Feel like being transported a resort cafe. Elegant decor and some seating areas with power plugs. Fast casual restaurant format where you order up front and take a number to your table. Prices are decent for the Harvard Sq area. ~$6 for drinks

    Cinnamon Cruller

Alvin was a chiller. The barista Chris needs to work on her customer service voice & attitude. Iced latte was good and the cinnamon cruller was AWESOME. It's a unique and yummy treat for sure. It can get SUPER loud inside (I wished someone had asked the large group of teens to stop yelling...)

    Brooke C.

Daily provisions is a super cute spot! Lots of seating and a good social cafe. The hot lattes come with some latte art which is fun. I got the hot matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla and I enjoyed it!

    Natasha S.

I loved this place. One of the best avocado toast I had. My matcha latte was delicious. Ambiance and service were both great. This is a nice stop for coffee, pastries, breakfast or brunch at Harvard Square. Will be back.

I also found the cutlets to be pretty sparse and dry, and the bread was just not good in texture or flavor. Lots of long pieces, and they tasted potatoey, not like industrial starch. - Coleslaw: Little to no vinegar, predominantly if not entirely mayo, but a thinned-down mayo, so not too heavy.
