Scheduled a opening for the beginning of May. Let me say I am usually happy with the service until this visit. Man arrived in their private truck .. I was a little concerned when this stranger is walking around my yard. No email was sent out that the company truck was being repaired. They will send an email out with the cost ... Now, the pool cover was on I was not able to see that well - of course it was not to the level where it was suppose to be. So, the worker thought it would be ok to "half fast job and rush through this" He placed the cover on the opposite side of the yard - I leave a bin out an label it say where to put it totally disregarded that ... the pillow was thrown on my lawn and nothing was hooked up correctly...water was leaking everywhere. I called to voice my frustration and Saundra said "if we come back it will be $175 after I already paid 305 to open the pool. They did come back the gentleman tighten everything up and went on his way. The next day Saundra sent me an email explaining she opens over 700 pools and they were no longer servicing me ... Thank you for doing the favor she never once apologized for the "kid" doing a half fast job and I want things done right when I paying 300 for pool opening. Remember I am the customer. read more

Friendly staff, and great service. We had an above ground pool installed. They answered all of our questions and got the work done quickly. We had some trouble with our heater and they came back every day, even in the pouring rain, until it was fixed. read more

Simply put: you don't buy a pool--you invest in one. If you want a partner along the way to maximize that investment and enjoy it to the fullest then look no further. If you are going to get a new pool or have one to upgrade or repair go here first. Every individual from the owner to the teams that come out to your house or the folks in the shop are all beyond knowledgeable and extremely personable. We have gone twice now and unfortunately I have to say unless you have a chlorine pool I don't suggest them :(. First time young kids were trying to shock it with stuff that would have turned water Black luckily owner came out and clarified how to deal with this type of pool. Tried again today and a bunch of teenagers had no clue what to do with our sample and told us they don't have that stuff here. They also complained in front of customers how "everyone likes to come in at 5" because it was 450 and it was busy apparently not understanding people work all day. It's just unfortunate because it's clean and the owner seems very nice but he just needs more knowledgable staff. 20mins later and we have to just take it somewhere else that does do the baquacil tomorrow. read more

Where do I begin with this company. From young front end staff not being very knowledgeable about what they sell or very customer service savvy to service management who blatantly tells you that you are not important as other customers with larger issues and hangs up on you to a owner that thinks it's OK to use profanity, slangs for the mentally handicap, calling a customer a liar or boasting about being the #2 pool company around are a few reasons I will not be doing business with this company ever again. I did purchase my pool through them and had a few services which the techs were pleasant to deal with. My major issue with this company took multiple phone calls, conversations, and head aches to get resolved but in the end did, so can't fault them there. In my opinion if you feel like dealing with a company that seems under front end staffed and lack of knowledge about their products, likes to tell you they will call you back when you call for service pretty much ever time you call due to whoever you need to talk to is either dealing with a customer or busy, service schedules that don't really have a time just a day when they will be there during their "busy season", being made to feel like you are not an important customer due to the size of your issue or feeling like your only important when it's time to pay for something than by all means use this company. To be fair I have tried the #1 pool company in the area and can now see why this company is #2, but hey, for some people #2 is OK. Not for my time or money though or my recommendation to others. Top Notch. They began an in-ground pool install for me last fall the experience has been great. The owner, Don, communicates great, sticks to his schedule and takes a lot of pride in his work. His installers are all great and friendly to deal with. Don went out of his way to make sure that my pool was installed and backfilled in order to have it ready to complete in the spring. Daigle has been closing my pool for years and do a great job for a reasonable price. I have an inground gunite pool with jacuzzi and in-floor cleaning system. I have over 30 pipes going from pool to filter that need to be winterized. Every spring when I open up. The lines are still pressurized and antifreeze still in place. Great peace of mind! read more

I had a safety cover installed as well as a pool closing. Can't say enough about the owner knowing how to take care of customers! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very disappointed. Over-priced and they did not complete the work as promised. Our pool was extremely dirty due to the Daigle staff not adhering to the instructions related to a tear in the cover when they opened the pool. That resulted in excessive debris going into the pool. I attempted to review this with the owner but he was abrasive and unwilling to listen. Can't recommend. Workers were also too lazy to put in the second ladder on our pool. $275 to pull the cover off, take out some plugs and place the skimmer baskets in the water. Pathetic! read more

Absolutely awesome! They were scheduled for a Thursday at some point during the day. By mid-morning they were complete. Not only did they call to confirm and ensure I understand their instructions, they also wrote a memo for us to follow. Very pleasant from office workers to installers. Pool looks incredible!!! Went to Daigle Pools store today for first time. Thoroughly disappointed. Waited 20 minutes for two young Sales girls while the store manager was dealing with two delivery trucks. One girl dealing with a guy who was confused about a sale. The other girl was on hold on the phone for someone who was outside measuring his pool while the wife was in the store. I wanted to set up a service call to have the sand changed in my filter. After 20 minutes and being told they did change the sand I asked for their card and returned home to call on the phone. When I called I was told they don't change the filter sand but she asked someone else when I said I was just in the store and told they did and she took my name and number and told someone would call me. 6 hours later and no call back nor do I know if in fact they will send someone over to change the sand. Not going back. Young girls need to be trained better. I just received a call back from a very nice woman who was very interested in my description of my problems yesterday and very apologetic. They do change the filter sand and an appointment was made to do that and check on another problem. I was taken care of much, much better and wanted all to know. Hopefully my problems were a one time occurrence. read more

My wife and I had Daigle Pools install our 16X32 Radiant above ground pool back in the middle of June. We cannot say enough good about Don and his company. It is not often in today's society that you can find a contractor that is a man/woman of their word. Don Daigle is truly the exception to that statement. He fulfilled every promise that he made to us. If he said they were going to be there on a certain day or time, they were. If he said something was going to be completed a certain way, it was. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately by members of his staff or directly by Don. His work crews were hard working, professional, polite, patient, organized and friendly. My wife and I do not usually recommend contractors to other people, due to the fact that we have been burned too many times. We are happy to say this is not the case with Don. We have already recommended Daigle Pools to two of our family members and will continue to refer friends and family in his direction. Thank you for everything. Now we just need to win Powerball so we can afford a deck. read more

Daigle is well worth a try at your business. Owning a pool isn't always simple and inexpensive and Daigle is a pool company I trust. Having abandoned another pool company, who couldn't get my water clean but continued to take my money, I decided to give Daigle a try three years ago. While I do agree with some other reviews that the younger staff aren't as knowledgeable (they need experience and time to learn), Jim, the store manager, is super knowledgeable and is a wiz at water chemistry. He figures out my issues quickly and without charging me a fortune. Compared to the other Hudson pool company who once told me I needed to put 100lbs of shock in my pool due to demand. I spend less than half on chemicals now in a season and my pool, which was once a challenge to keep clear and clean, is now easy to maintain. Saundra in the office is a delight to work with and is always transparent about lead times and cost. Brian in service is quick and direct. He's been out a couple of times and he has always fixed my pool quickly without additional expense. Give Daigle a try! read more

Well, I am a little late in leaving this review, but Daigle was right on time. They replaced our vinyl pool liner, skimmer, and some plumbing and coping prep, and they did a fine job. No nonsense pricing, good advice, and an experienced and efficient crew. All were easy to work with, and everything about Daigle's business shows a high ethical standard. They appear to be a young and competitive company that is trying to grow their business based on quality work and good customer service (unlike some of the other 'legacy' companies in the area that quoted higher prices, and had slower response times). I look forward to working with Daigle Pools in the future, and have recommended them to friends and associates. read more
