Great people but terrible products. Got this pool installed (perfectly) 9 months ago. Save your money and don't get the Trevi 211 with "reinforced walls" and don't get the upgraded liner. Did not come with a skimmer plate and was told it didn't need one. Water was drained below the lip. Not worth the money. If it's damaged it is not covered by the supplier/maker. Also told warranty does not cover defective material damage because they label all of it as "natural causes". Why have a warranty then. Had a tin pool that lasted over 20 years and it was your basic bottom of the line wall and liner. Should've stuck with that! read more

E-Z Test Pool Supplies is incredible. I conducted some Internet research to help me decide which company to start with. I looked no further than E-Z Test Pools. Trish is the General Manager at this location. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the pool installation process. From the moment I first spoke with her, and to this day, she was and is quick to respond to my thoughts and inquiries. Having no knowledge of pools, she provided me with her honest opinions and made me feel at ease. I had a vision, and E-Z Test Pool delivered. The pool contractors are D&P Swimming Pool Inc. This company is owned by Dave & Pat O'Keefe who have been working in the pool business since high school. Anyway, Dave was at the house every day of the installation (and prior, with Trish to scope out and finalize the location of the pool) and he and his men are nothing short of professional, hard workers. Dave and his crew were punctual, proficient, and systematized. I highly, highly recommend them. I met Pat later on at the store when picking up some pool chemicals, and he was just as pleasant to be around. E-Z Test Pool Supplies deserves every 5-star rating they have received. I am very happy with my pool (I have attached pictures to this review) and am super excited it is almost pool season again! I will stick with E Z Test Pools for all of my pool needs going forward. Ordered part that I critically need for my pool online that said was in stock. Received call 3 days later that part is not available.

Went into the store to get an item to clear up the water. When I asked an associate where I could find the item, he asked when the last time I shocked the pool was? Before I could answer, another associate eating lunch at the counter also asked the same question. Both associates insisted that I needed to shock my pool weekly and the item I requested wasn't needed. The associates basically made me feel as if I was naive about how to operate my pool in front of a total of 4 associates and 2 customers. I informed them I have been an inground pool owner with a clear understanding of how to operate it for 10 years and didn't appreciate the badgering. The overall tone of the associates working their was condescending and rude. For those of you wondering, my pool didn't need to be shocked and really needed the item I originally went in to get. I don't understand how the employees of EZ Pools would expect customers to spend money in their store when they are so disrespectful. read more

Blake at EZ Test Pools has been a lifesaver! We inherited an in-ground pool when we purchased our house last year, and have had absolutely no idea where to start with taking care of it. After experiencing a series of issues with other pool care providers and really disappointing communication that led to even more issues with our pool, my husband and I were feeling desperate and discouraged. Bought a smartklean smartpool robot pool cleaner yesterday for $400. Went home, followed the instructions, placed in pool...didn't run. Tried all troubleshooting, and didn't work. Went online to find reviews of product, and read similar stories, also saw the same model $75 less expensive on Amazon, but it really isn't about the money. I would have been totally fine if the product worked. Spoke on the phone and they said once the box is open they can't refund my money?? I brought it back to the store, and they said they would have to test before they could even offer a replacement. They said the motor was bad because my pool had slime...which it doesn't. Fortin trucking filled my pool the same day and that gentleman said our pool was one of the cleanest he has seen post the brutal winter of 15. I showed the gentleman at EZ a picture of my pool, and he said it didn't look bad. I then informed them that I was disputing the charge, and they offered a replacement...and I said I want a refund. They would not offer a refund, so now I have to dispute my credit card bill. BEWARE!! They are friendly people, but their refund policy is questionable at best. I bought a dolphin active 10 for the same exact price from Blue Dolphin pools. That device worked right away and my pool is crystal clear a day later. UPDATE: I received a call earlier this week, and they ended up refunding my original purchase. I wish it was sooner, but at least they did refund my pool cleaner. read more

After years of dealing with 3 different pool businesses I had to fight cloudiness and algae all summer long. When EZ Test came to town, from the opening til the closing of the pool, I followed their advice and have not had a problem. The sales people ,and especially Trish, have given excellent advice. Now I get to enjoy the pool and not spend the summer trying to solve water problems. Also, Trish's advice has even solved some filter and pump problems for us. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend, and we have, to anyone who has a hot tub or a pool. read more
