We've had our pool now for 10 years but I only started coming to Aqua Paradise a year ago, wish I had come sooner- it would have saved us a lot of grief dealing with the other companies who didn't know what they were talking about, didn't care what your problem was and would knowingly sell you products you didn't need.

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

I've seen many negative reviews of this business and I am not sure why…read more We have been using this pool place for all our pool needs. We have an in-ground pool and my husband is very obsessive about it being clean & clear. He vacuums it every day to every other day. Checks the chemical content and ph balance all the time. This business in Hampton & in Portsmouth has been our go-to place for all our pool needs. We recently had to get our pool relined and they were very thorough double checking the measurements before ordering the liner. We had lots of choices of designs and they made it clear if a design I chose would cost me more than quoted price. They removed and disposed of old liner and prepared and installed new liner in 3 days. We bought a new pump (old one finally died) that we installed after the pool was done. It leaked immediately. I took pictures and showed them where it was leaking. At first they were willing to repair it until I showed the repair tech how it was leaking (Live Photo from iPhone). He just replaced it and was even willing to go to the other store after work to rewire it to the wattage we needed. I refused to let him be up late at night for that. We picked up the new pump and returned the old after the weekend and he rewired the new. Every time we have an issue we bring in pictures of what we have and where there is a problem with the equipment so they can advise us correctly. This business has always been helpful and done right by us, I couldn't ask for a better place for helping us with our pool needs.

I was hesitant to write this review, but i'm hoping the owners read it and consider re-evaluating…read moretheir pricing structure to be more competitive. This is a beautiful store, very well laid out, the staff is nice. It's a great store. The main problem is their pricing. Recently I needed to purchase a backup flow valve for my swimming pool cleaner as well as a replacement motor. The valve at the store was $128ish and the motor was $250. The exact same items online were $40 and $142. I really wanted to give them my business, but they are pricing themselves out of everything. I like supporting local businesses, and a few dollars more I would have done it, but these almost double (on one case 3x more) than prices I can get from reputable online vendors. I like this place and hope they are able to get better with their pricing
