The location is in cute Dover and the store is pretty large so I encourage you to go and look on every level, in every nook. I have gotten a few items from here and have never been disappointed. If you see something online they have and cannot get there immediately, just reach out to them and, if not already taken, they will hold one day for you to get there to see if it is what you want to purchase. I also have to say the prices are very reasonable. And, sometimes they do these 20% events - when they do, I try to go up even if I don't think I want or need anything. It is just a fun place to visit and imagine how something would fit into your space.

My plumber was replacing a toilet and needed a flange repair,…read moreshowed me the exact one at Home Depot, so as I drove there hoping to save the plumbers time of $120/hr, I called to ask if they could pull it aside for me. The plumber found there were 26 at the store. She told me there were none of that specific type, but would have 3 others to choose from when I got there. When I arrived, she had 3 filters laid out. I was like, I needed a flange repair. Who can I talk to in plumbing? She was literally 16 yrs old, tons of facial piercings and tattoos. She said " I'm in plumbing." She apologized, and showed me the flanges that were not where the one I wanted was showing on the internet, but she assured me this was all they had. I took 3 alternatives and when I got back 4o minutes later, the plumber said none would work. He had to go back to Home Depot and pick it up. He found it immediately while I was calling and put on hold for 30 minutes, then she picked up and disconnected me, then I called back and was on hold another 30 minutes. The plumber was back and I still hadn't spoken to anyone. Finally she picked up and said "oh! I found the one you wanted". I was like ya, you're ignorance and incompetence just cost me $150. I will NEVER shop at home depot again. I'll drive extra 15 minutes to Lowe's. Homeowner for 25 and will be for life. They just lost a LOT more than that.
