John took good care of us when we purchased the tub, and Steve quickly took care of us and came out to the house when we thought there was an issue which ended up being user error :(. Anyway, in November I finally figured out that it was dropping due to a leak. And when I called Great Bay I realized it was a one-year warranty and it was now one year and a month. If you want to see your electric bill go up even more, just wait until you have to add 50 degree water every few days! They opened my pool today as scheduled-first time that has happened. The previous company did not show on the scheduled date any of the three years I used them. I would get a call days later saying when they could reschedule. Both Chris and Kelvin, we're professional and extremely friendly. Far superior than what I have experienced with the other company. They offered suggestions of things I might want to consider, without trying to sell me their services or products. I had a couple questions that they answered without hesitation. If today is a good representation of what Aqua Paradise is about... I am sold and will continue to use them from now on! Happy to have finally found a company that I can trust!
