During the week leading up to the installation appointment…read morehe kept in touch with us since the weather could have been an issue on the day of the install. They ended up coming the day before scheduled due to rain so they could get the job done. The installation lasted most of the day and they were very meticulous. They took great care removing and disposing of the old liner, raking and cleaning the old sand, adding and leveling new sand, taking care of rust spots and removing all wrinkles in the liner before filling the pool partway and cutting out expertly for the skimmer and return. He even called a couple days later to see how everything was. We're very pleased and will be calling him in the future if we ever need help with our pool.

Especially with every pool company being so busy right now he works hard to always find the time to help you. He opens and closes my pool and each job was done awesome. The pool always look great when we open it in the spring . We also had an issue with our pump not working old and motor died, in which it being so important to the pool functioning properly he made it a priority to come out that same day and made the time to come out and replace it . I can't thank him and his team enough for being professional, efficient, but also taking the time to listen, give advice, and be so helpful!

If you can't do the job, a dealer should have the courtesy to return the request and state that you are unable to give an estimate for whatever reason but thanks for thinking of us.

I have had St Cyr's close and winterize my pool the last few years. I open my pool myself, but I…read morepay to close it to ensure that it is properly winterized by professionals. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

Due to covid, some of the prices had increased, however, Jim did not pass the increase on to us!! He checked in regularly and when we had questions he always responded immediately. When the project was completed Jim came back to conduct "pool school" - Q&A on everything regarding the pool and Mineral Springs Saltwater System. We know ASAP will always be available to us with any questions or concerns. We give ASAP an A++ for the quality of the product and workmanship. E-Z Test Pool Supplies is incredible. I conducted some Internet research to help me decide which…read morecompany to start with. I looked no further than E-Z Test Pools. Trish is the General Manager at this location. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the pool installation process. From the moment I first spoke with her, and to this day, she was and is quick to respond to my thoughts and inquiries. Having no knowledge of pools, she provided me with her honest opinions and made me feel at ease. I had a vision, and E-Z Test Pool delivered. The pool contractors are D&P Swimming Pool Inc. This company is owned by Dave & Pat O'Keefe who have been working in the pool business since high school. Anyway, Dave was at the house every day of the installation (and prior, with Trish to scope out and finalize the location of the pool) and he and his men are nothing short of professional, hard workers. Dave and his crew were punctual, proficient, and systematized. I highly, highly recommend them. I met Pat later on at the store when picking up some pool chemicals, and he was just as pleasant to be around. E-Z Test Pool Supplies deserves every 5-star rating they have received. I am very happy with my pool (I have attached pictures to this review) and am super excited it is almost pool season again! I will stick with E Z Test Pools for all of my pool needs going forward. Thank you so much for all you do!

Great people but terrible products. Got this pool installed (perfectly) 9 months ago. Save your…read moremoney and don't get the Trevi 211 with "reinforced walls" and don't get the upgraded liner. Did not come with a skimmer plate and was told it didn't need one. Water was drained below the lip. Not worth the money. If it's damaged it is not covered by the supplier/maker. Also told warranty does not cover defective material damage because they label all of it as "natural causes". Why have a warranty then. Had a tin pool that lasted over 20 years and it was your basic bottom of the line wall and liner. Should've stuck with that!
