We jointly executed a complex re-programming task including adding a disconnected jumper wire that needed to be connected to replacement controller board (installed by a non-Oasis third party). Will also show-up on your property without notification. Poor work quality and things had to be fixed by another contractor adding to many delays. Disregards town laws and permits and does not care about fines that could be imposed on the property owner if work is done without a permit. Very poor communication and does not return phone messages or emails in a timely manner, and oftentimes does not address the concern of the call or email. Dishonest with billing. Beware of Santos! Not recommended at all! Even if you have to pay a little more for another company, it will be worth your it!

We hired Eric to replace our pool liner. During the week leading up to the installation appointment…read morehe kept in touch with us since the weather could have been an issue on the day of the install. They ended up coming the day before scheduled due to rain so they could get the job done. The installation lasted most of the day and they were very meticulous. They took great care removing and disposing of the old liner, raking and cleaning the old sand, adding and leveling new sand, taking care of rust spots and removing all wrinkles in the liner before filling the pool partway and cutting out expertly for the skimmer and return. He even called a couple days later to see how everything was. We're very pleased and will be calling him in the future if we ever need help with our pool.
