In the beginning, I was not told this would be a two day job. They were late on both days of this job. The time was underestimated each day for the job. They parked illegally in a driveway, blocking two cars access to leave. They left the floors dirty and did not clean up. I wish I would have known that I could have to clean up after them, so I could have planned this additional work. They left the heater at 76 degrees for two days WITHOUT asking me. I had to rush an hour's drive just to turn off the heat. The gas bill will be very high. I was not told that my electricity would be used for this service of floor repair. I was not told that the heater would run for two days. I debated to put 3 stars for the good looking floor, but the cons outnumber the pros.

They had someone come out and measure then we went down to the showroom and picked out some samples to bring home to see how they looked in the space. We picked out a carpet and they scheduled the install once the carpet came in. The showroom is stocked with a great variety of samples that you can bring home. The staff at the showroom was very knowledgeable about the products but didn't offer much interior design & style advice.
