The service department here is very unreliable. They take days to call you back when you leave a…read moremessage and you have to leave a message because they never just answer the phone. Most times you have to call back and leave reminder messages. They or someone they go through installed a liner on our inground pool and probably a year later there are bumps all on the walls of the deep end and they won't call back or schedule anything to come take a look as to why it is all bumpy. They installed a motor and 2 years later it died. Come to find out, after having a different company service it the wire that was hooked up to it burnt it out. So instead at time of install suggesting getting the wire updated they just connected it knowing. When I called to see when the motor was installed I let them know I was having someone else service it their response was basically 'good luck to you'. I will continue to try and get them to do something about my liner seeing how they put it in but they have lost my business. No issues with the retail business though.

I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

Also told warranty does not cover defective material damage because they label all of it as "natural causes". Why have a warranty then. Had a tin pool that lasted over 20 years and it was your basic bottom of the line wall and liner. Should've stuck with that!

Since we thought the issue was one in which we would just need to replace the face of the skimmer box, we took it off. Come to find out, Bob did not account for stretching the water in the pool would have on the liner, so the liner now sags so low we can not put the skimmer face back on. Even after all of this, I called to have a discussion about how we could repair it and Bob's starts off the conversation with it is not his problem. However, when I explained that I was going to consider paying to have him fix the issue, he became more receptive to having a discussion. His action in how he deals with customers is not one that I would want other people to experience.

The man took all the information, said he couldn't do it today because he was going to an appointment and would take get back to me the next day with an estimate. Never got back to me. I waited a few days. In the business world, if you make a commitment to a customer you follow up. If you can't do the job, a dealer should have the courtesy to return the request and state that you are unable to give an estimate for whatever reason but thanks for thinking of us.
