I recently dined at this establishment and left with mixed feelings due to a combination of great…read morehighlights and frustrating technical errors. On the positive side, the restaurant itself was noticeably clean, which immediately set a welcoming tone upon walking through the door. The service was also excellent throughout the evening, with an attentive and hospitable staff that took great care of me. I started the meal with the bread service, which was a major high point. The bread arrived incredibly fresh, and it paired wonderfully with the high quality balsamic vinegar and oil provided. For the main course, I ordered the seafood risotto. The seafood components were standout elements of the night, as every piece was perfectly prepared, exceptionally fresh, and packed with flavor. The risotto itself was executed well, though it was just a bit too soupy for my personal preference. However, it was still a very enjoyable dish overall. Unfortunately, the physical environment and the dessert course dampened the experience. I was seated in a booth where the bench seat was completely broken. It felt unstable, and I had to be constantly careful throughout the entire meal to avoid sliding or falling forward directly into the dinner table. This made it difficult to fully relax. The meal ended on a low note with the tiramisu. The dessert was completely covered in a cheap, grocery store style chocolate syrup that you would typically expect on an ice cream sundae. This heavy syrup unfortunately masked all the delicate, authentic flavors of the tiramisu itself. Ultimately, a few quality errors from the kitchen and a lack of furniture maintenance held back what could have been an outstanding dining experience.

The structure: This neighborhood little sports bar is great! They have fun games for everyone…read moreincluding kids, lots of TVs and a big bar area. The FOOD: Not great at all...hardly even good. I don't think I have ever been to an establishment where everything that we ordered was pretty bad. We ordered chicken wings... half of the order was barbecue the other half was parmesan and herb. They were dry and the flavor was lacking in both. I also ordered their fried pickles. I didn't know it was possible to mess those up until the basket of yummy, flavorful pickles came and were completely wet and soggy with breading coming off of it. What a disappointment. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich with their cheesy potatoes. The waitress described it as like a fully loaded potato. That sounds yummy, only it wasn't. It was presented as partially mashed potatoes with chunks in it and the cheesy flavor was almost like the flavor from a packet of mac and cheese sauce. The sandwich was a flavorless tasting shredded barbecue. We asked for barbecue sauce to put on the sandwich and it tasted like somebody put vinegar and sugar in that sauce. I ordered the chopped BBQ sourdough bread sandwich and there's no way that was sourdough that I was eating but instead tasted like bread that was toasted. That was probably the best thing I ate was just the bread because the meat was as I described before no flavor and very disappointing. I also ordered fries and thought at least I can eat these but I was wrong. Even their frozen fries were lacking in flavor. We also both ordered iced tea and asked for yes, artificial sweetener and we were informed that they don't carry any. Just regular sugar. That was a first for me! Never ever been to any restaurant or eating establishment that didn't carry a variety of sugar for people who drink iced tea. It's unfortunate that everything my husband and I ordered was really bad. It almost was comical except that we paid $80 for that inedible food. The Service: Our server, Ana was awesome!! She was the only one taking care of everybody and she did it flawlessly. When we asked for extra sauce, she delivered it quickly. She was good about checking on all the customers even though there were only 4 of us in total. A family of 5 left 10 minutes after we arrived and 2 people sat at the bar 15 minutes after we ordered. She had a great attitude and smiled a lot. She said she was new to the job but her actions made it look as though she were a veteran. OVERALL: The service was great and the establishment itself is a great neighborhood sports bar hang out but the food was really really bad. It wouldn't have been a terrible thing if just one or maybe two items we ordered weren't that great but the fact that every single thing including the tea was bad, is the reason that we will not visit this place again. By the way, it took me a couple of weeks to write this, because I aim to see the good in everything. I do not like to receive negativity or give it. It was difficult to be that honest especially when other people in the reviews really liked the food. Good for them! I do hope that this place will have enough customers to stay open for a long time. I wish them the best of luck.

You can sit inside or outside. Tables were clean. Water tasted great. Utensils, napkins, salt and pepper were all on the side. You get it yourself. Server brought us our food. My friend got the pesto chicken sandwich and I got the ACHIOTE CHICKEN BOWL with a side of sweet potato fries. Both tasted great. The achiote chicken bowl is on the spicey side for those who don't eat spicey. But it tasted great to me. Not spicey. Bathroom was clean. I like the food and the restaurant. Go try this place next time you're by one.

Surrounded by plenty of parking Ordered a Jamaican Me Crazy pizza (bbq, chciken, bacon , scallions, jalapenos and pineapple) and a Bushwhacker IPA. My son ordered some grown up mac n cheese. The service was great, food came up in short time, the gal poured my beer nicely without foam. The beer was crisp, cold and tasty. The Mac n cheese, while tasty , was a little vit of a let down. I prefer a more hearty cheesier type, and this was more of a thinner cheesy sauce type. I am normally not one for BBQ sauce on my pizza, but took a chance and was rewarded The flavor combo profile for the pizza was fantastic, a nice comvo of savory , sweet and heat. We decided to try friends. When we walked in, it was completely empty. One table inside had two people seated and one table outside had two people there. We sat on patio, it is quiet and nice to feel like you are in the woods with trees and foliage all around.. Nice and peaceful. The tables looked like the "old" Benihana type of tables with the grill pan in the middle. They looked dirty but it I think they are just dated. Not a problem for us as we tend to like "hole in the wall" type places and that is the vibe this place gives. Our waitress was nice just seemed shy. Music genre was oldies. We ordered a jalapeño burger and the grilled chicken club sandwich. The jalapeño burger was supposed to be 1/2 lb Angus beef. It did have good flavor and cooked right, but it was a very small burger. Hubby felt that it couldn't be 1/2lb. For the price it was just too small. $18. The grilled chicken avacado club sandwich had one slice of bacon on it, not a deal breaker but the chicken wasn't grilled. Not sure how it was cooked, but not on a grill. It had a lot of seasoning on it and yet the sandwich was underwhelming. The produce seemed like it was yesterday's produce. The fries were also just ok. Didn't seem like there was any salt. They did sprinkle some chopped cilantro on top which looked nice. Overall we did enjoy the patio and peacefulness of our lunch there, and we do hope to see some improvements in quality and maybe better portion sizes for the cost. We will give it a shot another time, maybe dinner time when they are a little busier.
