I came in at the scheduled time, got my glasses back, all was good. easy, timely, hassle-free. I would totally come back for glasses. There is street parking in the neighborhood if you can find a spot, and some paid lots nearby.

He basically went through a checklist of common eye issues and provided clear feedback. Even diagnosed a type of dandruff along eyelash base which might finally explain a longstanding irritation that others brushed off. It's not a fancy clinic - more old school. But you also don't feel you're being "sold" anything - just really good traditional service. Plus he charged much less that other optometrist have in the past, instead billing MSP.

It was not overly crowded full of people and there were no double bookings etc. Walked in filled out the forms and gave my ID and I was pretty much ready to go. The test from beginning to end took about 45 mins. It was not bad. Dr. Pati was very professional. He explained everything very well and through. I will be back again. I pointed this out, and while the staff were friendly enough about the defect/omission, it took weeks longer than it should have to get both problems sorted. I guess my bigger issue is why were the very expensive glasses not thoroughly inspected before passing to the client, and why aren't things like extra clip on sunglasses noted on customer files for other staff to refer to? Lenscrafters next time. At least I'll not go in expecting A1 service!

I was here for an eye test and the doctor was very friendly and patient when sampling lenses and all that. Once my eye test was done, the manager helped me pick out my frames. She was lovely and very helpful. I needed my glasses before or on Tuesday and today is Saturday because I was going to a concert and I wanted to see better. She promised that she'll try her best to get it to me by then. She also gave me discounts for my frames and lenses and I was very grateful. Customer Service is great and the options for frames are great too!
