The IPL treatments helped a lot and the IPL tech is thorough, knowledgeable, and really takes her time. I sent a friend who has burning eyes for years. I guess my bigger issue is why were the very expensive glasses not thoroughly inspected before passing to the client, and why aren't things like extra clip on sunglasses noted on customer files for other staff to refer to?
