The doctor was young and professional without being too formal. They fit me for contact lenses, let me have a trial pair for free, and were able to direct bill to my student plan so there was no work on my part. I called a few weeks later because I wasn't sure if my contacts were 100% and they fit me in the same day and gave me a second trial pair of contacts and a special cleaning solution for free. They didn't make me feel high maintenance or like it was an inconvenience at all. They go above and beyond so I would highly recommend them!
