Rad (Mark) is great and I've stuck with him for many years. I recently stuck him with an old,…read moreworn-out laptop that gave him all sorts of headaches and required a new board. He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

Our experience tonight was worth writing about. We had prompt service, while we were looking for a home security camera. They even helped us find a package that made the cameras much more reasonable. They were so good in fact, we broke down and bought two e-bikes from. Overall (5/5): they had a good selection of items in stock and were prompt to help us. Customer Service (5/5): Roosevelt was amazing, we appreciated him helping us with the e-bikes and selecting the right ones for us. They did such a great job helping us load them into the car. Store Layout (5/5): the store is verge well kept and organized. Store membership (3/5): This is the only drawback, you know have to pay-to-play to get the maximum benefits. Even if you spend a lot in store they no longer have the generous Best Buy elites that helped with extended returns and bonus dollars seem harder to earn.
