My phone still isn't in syn with our laptop, but we'll work on that during our next visit. I've worked with a lot of IT professionals both at work and home. It can take a while to find the right fit for the problem as IT techs have their different areas of expertise. Josh W was the right fit for this issue and we appreciate his methodical review and resolution. We highly recommend you start with the 4-point review before dealing with your issues. We weren't clear that the 4-point review of your systems only takes about 10-15 minutes and it then warranties the work. We did the 4-point review on the 2nd visit. Our ability to maintain our workflow is even worse now. I asked Deon Lee for the money back that I paid for the repairs he never performed and the supposed "upgrade" that made my system worse.
