My experience though was great…read more I think you get a feel for the place when you only make a small purchase but they treat you like you bought the most expensive item in the store. I had bought an OEM video card but after opening the box and installing I notice the power cord wasn't correct. I was panicking because the big box store could't help me. I called around to different stores to see if they'd sell me the cord. Only Jason took time to talk with me. He said "Yes we could sell you the cord but it's better to bring in the computer so you get the right one" Well I did bring in my PC first thing on Saturday. Jason wasn't in but Simon said he'd take care of me. It turned out the first cord he brought out that he thought would work wouldn't when he opened up the case. So he got a second one which did. He only wanted $10 for it. I gave him the money and started to pick up the PC and he said, "Don't leave yet, let me bench check to make sure it worked. I don't want you to get home and it doesn't work". So he took the time to take it to the back bench to make sure it booted up correct. He also very politely told me that I had not used the on/off switch on the PSU so that when I got home I needed to turn it back on after plugging in the power cord. So only a $10 sale but I was treated like a huge business customer. Very glad I found this place and will recommend it to others if they are looking to buy a PC since they also had a few custom builds there for reasonable prices.

I worked with Chaol and Roxy and couldn't recommend them more! I was pretty intimidated because I don't know much about PC specs but they really explained every detail to me and still kept my budget in mind. Incredibly transparent pricing, they showed the websites where they order all their parts to show the real cost of parts and I was even able to wait and order the case on my own when it was on sale and they did the build in the case I bought. On top of that, they have a buy back program so if I need or want to get something more powerful in the future, it's more cost effective. I've had it for 4 months now and still runs like a dream with no issues. So grateful to find a local business where everyone is passionate and knowledgeable about their craft and they run completely transparent pricing so you know you're getting a great value.

I was fairly disappointed by the service here. My laptop had an issue with the keyboard, and my…read morefirst interactions over the phone with Raymond were positive. Long story short, the company ended up buying two keyboards that wouldn't work for my laptop. And then after they told me they couldn't do the job, I found an hour later that my USB chip for my mouse was gone. I'll give them credit, they drove 20 minutes to drop off the chip and were apologetic throughout the process. However, this does not take away from the fact that I felt that my experience was quite the headache and I had the increasing perception that the company lacked competence. Again, maybe I just had an unlucky experience, but personally I would not recommend this shop.
