I should have googled "Valleywide Techs" aka Gordon Mitrovic before giving him $200 to fix my Macbook computer screen. He took my money and gave me the run around for 4 months. We had gone to his home. He told us his dad died and we could come pick up the computer which was fixed on Sunday. He then disconnected his phone and moved out of his home leaving tons of clients broken computers lying all over the house. Ours was barely cracked on the screen when we brought it in and we found it damaged beyond repair amongst a wreckage of broken computers and parts. We are pursuing finding him and serving him/taking him to court. read more

I went by Gordon's house today to recover $400 plus my brand new Mac Pro. No one answered the door. Waited outside for a while and some random guy pulled into driveway. I approached him and he informed me this loser Gordon fled town as he has been served by the court. If anyone has details on this guy or court actions please post. I talked to police and they said this is a civil matter so all they would do is a report. The random guy said he was headed to New York. read more

I am probably way too late to warn anyone else not to have anything to do with this company! I would like to add that you probably won't have an issue as this business closed its door but would like to warn anyone not to have any dealing with the owner or 'lead technician' as he called himself by the name of Gordon Mitrovic. Our association began back in mid-June when my husband took his desktop pc in to be checked as it was not working. After three and a half months, we are left with a missing hard drive, promised improvements and out approximately $400.00. We went to sever our relationship with Gordon Mitrovic this past Monday after he no-showed for a scheduled appointment to return our hard drive on Sunday, September, 13th at 1 pm. We discovered his store completely empty. We attempted to contact him with the phone number at his work place and also with his personal cell phone number which he had given us...no answer to his workplace number and a message that his cell phone number was disconnected. We attempted to contact the company listed for the businesses in the strip mall but were told they only had his name and number which proved to be of little help. Yesterday, I checked with other businesses in the strip mall...was told by one that he had heard the business known as Valleywide Techs must have emptied the store during the night. Another owner I contacted said she, too, was left high and dry as Valleywide Techs had kept her laptop and not completed services promised. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to track down the whereabouts of Gordon Mitrovic and would be more than happy to hear from anyone who might have some information that might prove fruitful. Gordon Mitrovic is a Con Man. Stay away. He demands money up front for his "service", but offers nothing but ridiculous excuses for the delays in service. After two months of waiting for my laptop to be repaired, suffering one lame excuse after another, I asked for my money back. He always promised that he would refund it in a few days. Instead, he cancelled his phone number and vacated his "office", leaving town with my money. Don't trust this Con Artist! read more

my experience with this company not a very good one. My girl friend took her hp laptop to his shop on northern st, he charged here 130.00 cash as he does not use credit cards. The cost was to order a new mother board and install it, to fix her laptop. That was in July of 2015, he stated it would take a while for the part to arrive. As of the end of August 2015. He states the part has yet to arrive. On 09/08/2015, my girlfriend was out of town and the shop owner, who is the service tech informed me that he had received the required part. I took the computer to his location on northern street and found the shop empty and the company gone and no forwarding address. The owner of valley wide tech, left his operation owning us money, plus I Learned other prior customers have stopped by this location and also had there money stolen.
