I wandered the entire A and B terminals looking for an open mid level - a restaurant, but not high end. Everyone turned me away or was already closed down. So here I am at Elway's. They don't close the kitchen until 10:30p, and stay open later for drinks. Be prepared for sticker shock. A burger is $25 without a side. Sides are $15. This place is definitely geared to the folks who don't think twice about spending $200 on drinking at the airport while watching a sports ball. I'm not the target demographic but I'm still able to eat a hot meal. Service was fine but they placed me in front of a TV next to the kitchen and employees and diners a like have been staring past my head the whole time. Very weird and uncomfortable place to put a table.

He checked in several times with everyone and ran a super clean and friendly environment. I had a couple mezcal paper planes that were extremely well crafted and we struck up a pretty great conversation about Mexico and tequila. The food here is TOP notch, which I was surprised by.
