Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.

I called USA Pools 09-16-26 and there was a prompt response and site review the next day. Initially things seemed promising, an estimate was promised in a few days and on direct questioning they did say they could take on this project. On Sept 21, a call to check on the estimate yielded a promised reply in 2 -3 days. Another call Sept 25th yielded an estimate at the end of the day for about $14,000. More than I expected but given the scope of the repairs and the lateness of the season I accepted it. Their response was that they maybe able to start cleanup in 2 -3 weeks. I asked for a signable contract with a starting date for the initial cleanup and then the install of new liner once it is available. Also, I asked for their insurance info, Mass Licensing info and if they were bonded. Once it was clear that I required a signed contract before making a deposit, I was given some weak excuses for going with an unsigned estimate instead. They did not to give insurance info or even Mass License info. This in not good business practice and is not what is recommended by the Mass licensing board. Then abruptly I was told they could not help me. So now after wasting 10 days, I am stuck having to start over again to find a new vendor but it is so late in the season that it is doubtful it can be done before winter kicks in. If you are thinking of hiring this company, be cautious!

Trish is the General Manager at this location. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the pool installation process. Having no knowledge of pools, she provided me with her honest opinions and made me feel at ease. I had a vision, and E-Z Test Pool delivered. The pool contractors are D&P Swimming Pool Inc. This company is owned by Dave & Pat O'Keefe who have been working in the pool business since high school. Anyway, Dave was at the house every day of the installation (and prior, with Trish to scope out and finalize the location of the pool) and he and his men are nothing short of professional, hard workers. Dave and his crew were punctual, proficient, and systematized. I highly, highly recommend them. I met Pat later on at the store when picking up some pool chemicals, and he was just as pleasant to be around. E-Z Test Pool Supplies deserves every 5-star rating they have received. I am very happy with my pool (I have attached pictures to this review) and am super excited it is almost pool season again! I will stick with E Z Test Pools for all of my pool needs going forward. I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

This is a beautiful store, very well laid out, the staff is nice. It's a great store. The main problem is their pricing. Recently I needed to purchase a backup flow valve for my swimming pool cleaner as well as a replacement motor. The valve at the store was $128ish and the motor was $250. The exact same items online were $40 and $142. I really wanted to give them my business, but they are pricing themselves out of everything. I like supporting local businesses, and a few dollars more I would have done it, but these almost double (on one case 3x more) than prices I can get from reputable online vendors. I like this place and hope they are able to get better with their pricing
