I called on Saturday morning to request service for clogged drain. No answer and was told that…read more"voice mail box has not been set up". A lady called back a few minutes. I expanded the issue. she said she was driving and couldn't take the information. she asked that I text my address and issue. I did that and received a text back saying that some one was on the way and would be here in 15 minutes. He arrived and suggested that the sink be completely "replumbed" and said he he could fix it now for a price of $597. I agreed to have the work done. He left to get parts. When he got back he went to work. When he showed me that it was done. The clog was cleared and there were no leaks. He had used very lightweight parts (much smaller than he replaced) to fix it. The parts he used are listed at Home Depot for less than $20. I had agreed to the price so I paid him. He said my receipt would be emailed. it was not. This was Saturday and the following Monday was Labor Day so I called on Tuesday. when I got the receipt it didn't have any pricing details. It showed the work that was done and the total price. $597 to fix a clogged drain. I asked for a breakdown of parts, labor and how much surcharge for work done on Saturday. I asked if there was extra charge because of holiday weekend. I was told that someone would call me back. No one called. I paid almost $600 to unclog my bathroom drain because I approved the work and the price. I expected better quality parts and an explanation of the charges. I won't use this company again. Very much overpriced and no customer service from the office. UPDATE - September 18: After posting this review, a company representative contacted me. On September 9, he emailed me stating that after discussing the $597 charge with ownership, they agreed the rate was "a little higher than usual" and would issue a $147 credit. I thanked him and again requested a breakdown of the original $597 charge for parts, labor, Saturday service, and any holiday-weekend surcharge. I still have not received that information. Today I received notice that the refund will be $127 instead of the $147 promised in writing, with no explanation for the $20 difference. I appreciate the company responding and offering a partial refund, but I am disappointed that the refund amount differs from what was promised and that I still have not received an explanation of the original charges.

A couple nights ago (Friday before 4th of July weekend, of course), the kitchen sink started to back up. It wasn't just a bit slow, it was pretty much unusable. I'm pretty sure I heard it laugh at me when I poured Drano down it. It did nothing. They responded quickly and were able to come out on Sunday. Boy, I'm glad they did! They pulled out so much gunk out of the pipes! I forget the name of the plumber that came out, but I appreciate his dedication towards ensuring we didn't need to have them come out again. He snaked the pipes almost all the way to the outside of the house, clearing out what was assuredly years of gross build up! We'll totally use them again if we have any other plumbing problems. I'd highly recommend them!

No one fixed anything, and the warranty company wouldn't cover it because it was now "pre-existing." I called around to find someone who could just replace the drain line. Was referred to Joey Albritton by another AC company who was outside of my service area. I've had a lot of experiences with plumbers and AC techs. This was by far the best. Completely professional, took care of the problem, installed a new drain line (correctly), added a t-pipe so I can actually pour bleach in it for maintenance so it won't clog again. And the price was completely fair. Make him your first (and only) call.
