Very helpful staff. They found what I needed and I was In and Out. Good selection of helmets for such a small store.

They put on a fuel pump, power commander, wiring harness and a handful of little things like change the tires, chain and did the breaks. They was given my bike in late February I didn't get my bike until August 3. If this is where the story ended it would have been okay but it's not. I have been back to the shop almost everyday, because of a problem with the bike. Either the clutch is dragging, the power commander wasn't never point on, the bike was stalling, the tire was flare the very next day after spending 350 on the tire. To be fair the tire could have been my fault, then the forks they put on started leaking less then two weeks later... After he got me to buy some more forks after having my rebuild mine for 350. Every time I spoke with him about my power commander he just said someone lost it but the bike runs fine. My issue is I waited almost three weeks before I asked for my money back and after being stuck with the forks that he said was good and said he inspected because it was one of his friends I just lost all my trust. In the end my clutch gone out at 107 miles per hour on the Dan Ryan I don't know if it had anything to do with changing out my shorts. What I do know is if I paid you $4300 you should have looked over the bike really good and that should have been fixed too. After waiting another whole week I was finally able was able to get my 400 back and I'm taking my bike to a new shop where they are a lot more professional and do better work. At this shop the mechanics are not that good because every time and I do mean every time I was back with a problem I was seeing the same faces back with the same problem too. It got the point where we started joking about it when one of us pulled up or walked up and the other was already in line. Then they don't test ride the bikes after they finish working on them, I had to raise hell just to have someone test ride the bike. While I was their one guy came to pick up a CBR 600RR and before he could get to the corner which is like 30 feet he was on the sidewalk coming back because he's back break was sticking. Which would have been found if they test rode the bike after they complete their work. At the end of the day I normally say these are my experiences check it out for yourself but in this case, the cost is to much and they don't deserve to be in business. It's another shop on 52nd Harlem which appears to be a lot more professional which is where my bike is now. Expert Motorcycle just isn't worth the headache, they give your parts away and then lie about it which I have seen him do, he will say it's for a customer but if you have the money I will reorder which really wouldn't be bad if Covid-19 wasn't going on and you wasn't waiting 3 to 4 weeks for parts to come in... They just do poor quality work and to be honest I gave you the short version but it's a lot more that happen but I think this gives you a pretty good picture of what your getting yourself into at this shop. In the end look at how they rigged my clutch to try to get it to work, if they don't tell you everything you need to know then I don't know what will. ~ Willie

I bought a 2023 Triumph Scrambler 1200 XE Chrome Edition, and they made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Bob--he was incredible with communication, answered all my questions, and kept me updated the entire time, especially with shipping and delivery timing. Everything happened exactly how they said it would, and I felt taken care of the whole way through. If you're looking for a smooth buying experience and people who actually follow through, I definitely recommend Chicago MotorWorks. Thanks Guys the bike landed safe and sound on time all the way to Cali

After my last experience with them, I will never bring my motorcycles back to them for any type of service. As a repeat client, it shouldn't be that hard to set up appointments, but their communication is horrible. It literally took me three weeks to get back to me. It is next to impossible to actually reach someone direct. You are always told they're on the phone or meeting with someone and then it could be a day or three days before someone get back to you. The only person who was responsive in of both in my previous experiences recently was Jordan. For this recent experience, I was adding crash bars to my motorcycle a newly acquired Triumph, resolve a service light, handle three nationwide recalls, and get an oil change. To their credit they did a nice job on equipment install. One recall with for replacing the back tire and the other recall with bleeding the clutch for a known issue. They got back to me that Triumph could not get me a replacement tire timely but would cover the cost of a new tire which they provided. They did put on a new tire with a 2024 date stamp. I was contacted about getting service and they recommended changing clutch fluid even though the bleeding the clutch was one of the covered recalls. It was at that point I said deliver my bike without adding anything else. I have other mechanics that can do oil changes. The kicker is that after they return my bike and as I was putting it in my garage I noticed that scratched one of my black side aluminum side panniers. I immediately sent before and after photos indicating the fresh scratch (with black marker that someone tried to conceal) It's 3" long and quite visible. It's not with replacing but just bothersome. Jordan was very responsive and got back to me that they didn't know where that could've happened. Noah, who picked up and dropped off the motorcycle took video recordings both times and I asked them to review. I've yet to hear back from them. It has been exhausting dealing with them. If you're looking to purchase a motorcycle, I would give sales department high rating, but avoid their department for your sanity.

We had dropped off his tire around 11 A.M, not hearing anything for the next 5 hours from either of the two men working at the shop. We called around 4:40 P.M only to find out they were JUST going to work on my fiancé's tire, and less than ten minutes later they called my finance back, letting him know he was "missing his spline." We informed my fiancé's brother, who was paying for this (he even told the younger guy there that he wasn't paying at pickup. That someone else would be paying). He was confused, and we all went to pick up his tire. We had already found it weird neither one of the two guys working could explain shit to us. They couldn't explain over the phone or in person. The only thing they had said to my fiancé's brother was "if the wheel is like that, then the other part that connects to it should be damage as well too" (Drive Shaft) but when we had removed the wheel, we checked EVERYTHING, and it was not SHAVED DOWN the way they told us. We took the wheel at 11 A.M in good condition. Nothing was wrong. The normal wear and tear we have seen. But when we got back to the wheel, the "spline" in question was shaved off and damage. These guys half assed a job because they were irresponsible and lost track of time. They fucked up a part of the wheel needed. They mentioned buying the part from them or eBay. Don't come to this establishment. They won't own up to their mistakes. They find ways to scam and make a paycheck. And if you leave a bad review they might call you and try to guilt-trip you to take it down. Trust me. They got time to call and throw a tantrum for shit service they give. But they won't fix your bikes. They'll only mess them up instead of doing their job. As shown in the photos the Drive Shaft is perfectly fine and the other part of it is mess up (Hub Clutch) which they fucked it up.
