I bought a raptor 80 used for my son's birthday. I had a starter wire missing causing the start button not to work. I'm sure it would literally take someone who knows 5 minutes to fix. I called and explained and asked if I could bring it up there. I offered to pay whatever to just have them look at it. They said no. I'll never go there or recommend them. read more

Went to the shop order a tire and dropped of my brake calipers shop took forever with everything had to go back twice for my tire just to get ordered mind you already paid for it also I had to bring my brakes back cause I felt like they were not rebuilt for 300$ I was missing bleeder valves runner boots etc like I paid for a complete rebuilt and felt like all I got was grease read more

Took our Dyna Wide Glide to have it stored and the fluids changed and they were going to try and sell it for us. Unfortunately we gave him the title regarding the possible sale and both keys. Went to get it from storage and requested the title back... Oops he lost the title and one key fobe. Went there to get my rear tire replaced as well as a few other things looked at because I just bought a used Harley. They called and said it was done. I went to pick it up and wow was it expensive! I didn't really care but the lady behind the counter said that's all they did. Only the tire. They didn't look at any of my other concerns...... I took the bike home disappointed. The next day I started checking the other issues out on my own and found the drive belt super loose. I guess Guys Cycle doesn't tight belts after they replace rear tires. I recently took my 2003 Roadglide to Guy' s cycle to have it completely gone through as it had 91K miles on it and was getting a little tired. Earler we had talked on the phone about what I was looking for to be completed and Guy quoted me an approx price depending on what it looked like when tore into. It basically had everything, except the bottom end and transmission, rebuilt or replaced with new components. Work was completed in a timely fashion and came in under budget. Guy also told me they would store the bike for me over winter months too. All this was very much appreciated. While I have not been able to ride my bike yet due to the winter months, I am sure I will be very pleased and will follow up on this review when spring time comes. Thanks again Guy's Cycle. I brought my bike in for a same day oil change and they did it while I waited. I had an oil change at a dealership for more than double the price. Dealership required an appointment every time. Good prices, good service!! read more

I got a tune up and a new battery. Not only was I over charged, when I asked why the bike was not cleaned, the response was that they are short staffed, and that it was not clean when I brought it in. WOW (thus, why it needs to be cleaned) There was oil left on the pipes, wires were hanging out, and the right mirror was misaligned. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. Guy and his staff are always pleasant, but pleasantries do not make up for poor service. When I got the bike home, two days later I went to start the bike it was completely dead. I immediately called Guy's Cycle. They did come to get the bike to install a working battery. Finally, I got the bike back a week later only to discover that the fuel line is leaking gas. REALLY? I did not previously have this issue, and when I called to inquire about the issue, they said they hadn't noticed a leak while they had the bike. Obviously it has to be repaired immediately. It is inconceivable that after this ordeal Guy's Cycle is playing the victim. When paying for a service, one SHOULD be satisfied. Questioning price, requesting oil left on the bike be removed, asking that the faulty battery be replaced, and inquiring about a new gas leak is not unreasonable. These series of events are enough to leave one dissatisfied because the service has been unsatisfactory. read more

I have been calling Guy's Cycle since July 27 when my husband's bike was returned to us for the second time, unable to be ridden. They have had this bike for minor repairs and aesthetic upgrades since May 1, promised to be treturned by Memorial Day Weekend to kick off the riding season. It was first returned to us July 9 (2 monthes after being in the shop), and the first time it was taken out, the parts of the clutch/lever literally fell off as he started riding. We were charged for a new battery (on a battery that was under a year old), They took it back the next day. When returned on July 27 'fixed and detailed,' the new yellow and purple exhaust wraps were black with oil/grease, the bike was covered in grease, was smoking uncontrollably (more than just burning off a little excess oil), and the driver told us the gas line insulation still wasn't done bc it hadnt been ordered yet. THREE MONTHES LATER. They installed a kill switch ( without discussing it with us, we hadn't asked for it) into the gas tank - there seems to be a leak bc it wreaks of gas long after being turned off and aired out. We called and left messages after hours on every phone number and text we had. By 1pm the next day when no one called us back, we had to call you to see what was going on. We also have two 'as big as my hand' oil stains on my driveway from the amount of oil leaking out. Not only this, but he had a charity bike run on the 29th which he was forced to rent a bike for (asked for a loaner bike, but because of the open house that day, so the only people who called us back, couldn't help. Too bad we didn't bring the bike back that day to show your potential customers what had been returned to us) James, Paulina, and Andrew have all answered my calm but angry phone calls, but Guy has yet to find time to address any of these issues. I sent an email last week addressing the loaner bike we had to rent, as well as some of the other issues, but again, have yet to be contacted. Andrew did try to arrange a third pickup of the bike on June 30, but we will not blindly just send it back in again after so many crucial errors and poor communication. We should not have had to call you weekly to see when we could please get our bike back. If it wasn't ready when promised, we should have gotten a call from you. When we called in a panic after the July 27 drop off, because of the charity event we had been telling you about since mid-June, we should have gotten a call from you. Our good faith has run out. Pauline had suggested we pick up the bike in person rather than have it delivered, that way if anything were wrong, you could address it right away. Pieces falling off the bike and visible oil leaks do not seem to me to be to be too picky to expect the professionals to notice before delivering it to us. Especially after reading some of the more recent reviews from 2018, I would caution anyone about bringing their bike here to have work done, and am incredibly disappointed at the lack of care and communication from the owners. The people answering the phones are doing the best they can, but unfortunately that does not fix our bike. read more

Found Guy's on the Internet after trying to get an engine oil and filter change plus a new rear tire on my '03 Electro-Glide Classic. Harley told me they couldn't do the work for a week and that it would cost a little over $700!! I've always had the work on my bike done in an H-D shop but the severe case of sticker shock I got pushed me right out the door. After reading the reviews on Guy's I decided to give them a try and was greatly relieved when they quoted me a price almost $300 less than Harley wanted to do the work. Plus I rolled in there on a Saturday morning two days later just to check the place out and to be sure the tire they ordered had arrived and I was asked if I wanted to do the job right then. Terrible, I paid them $165 for a repair estimate. They said it could not start the engine up which would make it pointless to fix because it wasn't worth it. I went to pick up my bike and they offered me $50 for my bike. I was like WTF? Anyways, I get home and my neighbor helps me get my bike started in 5mins. Guy's Cycle had my bike for 3 weeks and claimed they could not get it started. I believe they did not even try and wanted to low ball me for my bike and use it for parts. I had a 2002 Yamaha YZF-R1. They should have offered me my money back being that they did not give me a repair quote, which is what I paid for. read more

This place sucks. They turn me away 3 times claiming that they're "too busy" to install new headlights. Then when I finally get there they claim that they don't know how to. They'll probably do awesome work for you if you're a middle aged white guy. Smh read more

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me because he has had worked done here with no complaints. On august 26, Guy cycle came to my house to tow my bike to his shop. On sep 4, I called to find out the status of my bike(oil shooting out the heads and exhaust) The lady I spoke to told me the shop was closed aug 31,sep1, sep 2, and sep 3 and that they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. 17 days passed and I hadn't heard anything. On sep 21, I did a pop up visit. They said that I needed a gasket and that they ordered the part from Colorado.(This is weird because the motor originates from Colorado but the company shut down like 2007 or 2008) On oct 9th, I called the shop and the worker said the part arrived and to give him like 3-4 days to finish it up. I have him 9 days and nobody called me. So on oct 18th, I called and spoke to the owner(Guy) and he said give him 1 more day to finish it up. 7 days passed and nobody called me. I then called oct 24th and the owner(Guy) said he apologizes and to give him a day or so and he will call me when its ready. At this point im pissed because its been 2 months. 2 weeks more passed and I never got that call like he said. So I decided that I would do a pop up visit on nov 14th and take my bike out of there. I called him approximately 1230pm on nov 14th and asked him what time did he close. He stated 6pm. I rented a trailor and me and my friend(Steve) arrived at his shop around 315pm. Guy didn't recognize me. I asked him was the Kenny Williams chopper ready and he said "no" I said I figured that and that I was there to remove my bike from his shop. He said he was sorry and that he hasn't been able to keep any workers in the shop. He said everytime he hires somebody, they quit or he has to fire them. He asked me did I have a trailor and I said "yes" He told me to drive around the back. He opens up the overhead door and pushes my bike right outside the door. He comes to me and gives me the keys and goes back in and closes the overhead door. Guy didn't even bother asking us did we need any help loading the bike on the trailer. I looked my bike over and he never even touched it. Everything that came out this guy mouth was a lie. My bike looked the exact same as it did when it was towed on aug 26. He had my bike for a total of 81 days and did NOTHING! Do not deal with this guy if you value your motorcycle. He doesn't even deserve 1 star read more
