Few nights ago 06-09-25 headed home from East Chicago Indiana and my Prius would not start. Next morning called for a tow from E&R towing Markham. Towed vehicle to River Oaks Toyota and mechanic found that last guy that changed my oil didn't fill all the way past dipstick lower mark they found no leaks just user error. If oil is not within dipstick range too low the Hybrid engine will shut off won't start. Lesson learned you get what you pay for smh. Toyota Repair/Diagnostic $331.33, Tow $185.81, Uber ride $48.72. Next time just go to the dealer get the job done right and ya'll won't have to deal with the mess I went through. Still gave 3 stars as the main guy that took me in very good customer service so can't bad mouth everything.

I scheduled it for replacement His wife Tracey (nice lady) sent over my inspection report with pictures. The report showed the leaking condenser unit and also he noticed a leaking CV Axle. His inspection was very thorough and he checked EVERYTHING. He also replace a bulb in the upper tail light assy and did an oil change. I mentioned to Tracey that my dog had to be put down. Slow Service and misleading employees~…read more I came to this location to get an oil change and air put into my tires. Everyone knows December through February is low tire pressure season. I made it clear to at least three employees that I needed air in my front tires in addition to the oil change. I was the first car to pull up to an empty drive thru but somehow it still took the crew 25 minutes to completely service my vehicle. By the end, I noticed that no crew member had even gotten close to a tire and were only working under the hood. The cashier assured me the job was completed 100%. I drove away noticing my low pressure light still on. When I went back to the facility to address the issue, the cashier said "sometimes you just have to drive a few blocks." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove several blocks. And now here I am filling up my tires manually at the Mobil down the street in -3 degree weather. The psi indicator displays tire pressures that were just as low as they were when I brought my vehicle in. After I finished adding air manually, Surprise surprise!, my low pressure light is off! The only reason I didn't go back again and force the issue is because I didn't get charged for it, otherwise I would've raised hell. I understand it's cold outside but you still need to do your job, especially if I'm paying exorbitant fees for slow service. I wish I could give this location and that employee less than one star. Pathetic.
