Delta sonic has the best deal for interior & exterior car cleaning services. I pay $14 for unlimited exterior monthly and $20 for unlimited monthly interior cleaning. The workers are polite & detailed. Every time I get the interior cleaned they ask if there is anything specific you would like them to focus on. I get a new air freshener each time and the tires are always sparkling. They're typically pretty quick, but with the interior cleaning it depends on how many cars are in front of you. Right before going through the exterior wash there is a station that sprays your car down. Then the workers do a 2nd spray down. After exiting the car wash there is a complimentary drying station. 4 stars because it's Delta Sonic. Nothing different than Downers Grove or Naperville. The thing you need to watch is the parking lot is tiny and there's 4 lanes into the wash. I recommend the far right if you have the pass. It's a cluster, and people will be jerks to keep you from merging. Otherwise, service is friendly. read more

Received car wash service, windshield wipers were broken and not found. Put in a claim and no accommodations made. I currently have 6 cars that I pay the unlimited car wash service totaling in about $100 a month for all 6 cars. Monthly paying about $1200 a year. Came in today to get my wife's car washed and detailed for $80. Definitely was not impressed with final results. Brake dust still on the wheels. The $25 vinyl cleaning add on still left dust and dirt on dashboard and console. Vacuum in hatch left dirt. Ended up having to wipe the same areas down after leaving. Won't be coming back anytime soon with my other car. Would recommend to look elsewhere. read more

Only stopped for gas but the outfit was clean, and there were enough gas spots so one did not have to wait to fill up ... easy-peasy. Prices were comparable to other stations along the street. Nice location right off Cicero Avenue in Crestwood, but the pump lines are close to the street so sometimes it might be difficult to get in. Looked on line for their hours to avoid a long wait and go after work. Hours say they close at 9pm. But guess what? The "detail department" that does the inside of the car closes at 7:00PM. This place has gotten terrible. Customer service is beyond ridiculous and I don't appreciate it. I come in the service mark and I go up to the register and this young lady named "Charmaine" calls me over to her regiater and has an attitude and doesn't greet me at all and is very nasty and handling my items; roughly. I don't know it's turning a little ratchet to me and then I go to the detail and she is a little nasty as well. I guess the employees don't want to be here today. They're young so they don't know about working hard and promoting good service and making sure the customers feel comfortable. I've watched the monthly unlimited car wash plan increase in cost. $16, then $30. Now, $50 per month (number rounded from $45), for a CAR WASH PLAN (crying laughing emoji). No special gas discount on top of the regular discount.. Nothing extra...and most of the staff that dry the cars never dry cars well...water everywhere when I get over to the vacuum ports. I took to drying my car myself and save my tips. Then, I was just there yesterday, about 35° outside, no pre-wash. But, employees half spraying cars. 50 bucks? Really?? I cancelled my membership, as I'm sure many others did as well. I was on hold for a long time to speak to a representative. They were probably hoping that callers hang up or miss the call back. There are not even 50 days in a month for a person to get a car wash everyday, so the cost is absurd. There's a car wash on Western that's cheaper. Do not give your card information for car wash membership. They charged me twice on the same membership, 19.99, 2 days later 20.06, consistently for 9 months! They did this same thing with 2 others I know. They will also use your card number for other transactions!!! I had to report my card stolen to stop these charges. Came in for a 10 minte interor cleaning which includes a vacuum and window cleaning. It was not a great job that was performed. Look at the seat, there was still crumbs on it. And the guy just said, " yeah that was our mistake." What type of satisfaction is that? I'm glad I only paid 5.99 plus tip because it was a one day only, rainy day special. It would be a big deal if I paid the full price. But even with the discount if the service is not the best how can you promote if the job quality isn't the best. On a positive note, the window cleaning seems better than the vacuuming job. And I typically like Delta Sonic car washes but this experience makes it only, "Eh" now. I have had my car detailed there 3 or 4 times. It's a once every couple year treat to give my now 12-yr-old van that "new car"feel. They do an outstanding job cleaning anything and everything possible. I'm not sure their secret, but it is better than anything I can reasonably do at home. The interior looks close to brand new save for the damage that comes with having 4 kids in the family car! I would definitely recommend. Do call and make an appointment and they are very accommodating. If you cannot drip your car off early in the morning when they open, they can work with you to take it the evening prior. We went to Delta Sonic Crestwood to get a 15 minute detail. While the car was on the conveyer belt I watched as 3 and sometimes 4 reps working on restoring the inside of my car . I have a 2018 Highlander and when it was finished today, it looked like a new car! They took a lot of time on the leather seats and even opened and treated the third row of seats. When the car was pulled out, they had another crew continue touch ups. They noticed a few black marks on the paint and treated those as well. Have been going to Delta Sonic since they opened. At the beginning they did the best job on any wash you chose. Over the past year it has rapidly gone down hill. I was there yesterday and paid $50+ to have the inside and outside cleaned and was very disappointed. The driver's side inside and out was great ! However, the young man you responsible for the passenger side, must of been "tired". The back of the vehicle wasn't dried off,the window had streaks,the passenger door wasn't wiped down and the tires were sprayed but never wiped down. Been like this for the past several months. I went to the Crestwood IL location on 9/13/21 on lunch for an oil change and was instructed to replace my air filter. I then drove home and my car was smoking. I opened the hood to see oil all over my engine and the dip stick on the front panel. I spent hours cleaning the engine compartment when I noticed my air filter cover was lose. The new waiting room for your "inside" (which takes about 10 minutes) is pretty swanky, with a fireplace, big tv and furniture I'd have in my own house. I've always been please with the service here. The wash alone is worth it just to have someone dry the car. I like that they post a tip policy. Get free wifi and I'd probably stick around for lunch. read more

I'm not sure why this place catches such a bad rap, I never seem to have a bad experience here. While my experience is not often excellent, it is never awful. I enjoy a good car wash where they don't let you leave with a half clean car. The only things I don't particularly care for about this wash are the fact that they have you drive blinded after you exit the pre-wash area. I often use my windshield wipers here because I don't want to be one of those people that rear ends someone at a car wash. The other thing I don't necessarily love is that it isn't a touch less wash, but I always leave with a clean car. So I'm a happy camper. I'd recommend them... "One hour detail" (a $100 charge) is really an hour and forty-five minutes. Carve out enough time for them to take their time to do a half-assed job. My fingers are so greasy from the cleaning job that no amount of handwashinh with regular soap can get rid of. I still see spots where they missed vacuuming and shampooing. Inner windshield is smeared and there "vanilla scent" they said they were adding wasn't included. Asked for a manager, and they told me I could come back for a free interior. The detail shop don't know how to read receipts. I bought a super kiss plus with interior and supposed to steam clean door jams. I asked the kid cleaning my car what about the door jams and he said it cost extra if I want them clean. Which is total bs. Baited & Switched! I signed up for the unlimited wash service a couple of years ago at the $19.95 per month price, which I feel is fair. Considering I always tip the drying tenants at least $2.00 each & every time. But Delta Sonic has increased their monthly service fee multiple times, and the beginning of January to just under $45.00 per month. That I feel is ridiculous, that's well over $500.00 per year not including the tips I pay out in addition. I know that their representatives will say "Our costs have increased." Well I don't think that their costs have more than doubled. Besides I'm tired of waiting sometimes for more than 20 minutes to get my vehicle washed. Yes, you get an additional discount on gas with your unlimited wash plan, but sometimes you can't even find an available gas pump. After being a loyal Delta Sonic customer for approximately three years, I called today and canceled my Unlimited Monthly Wash Plan, the representative didn't even ask me why or offer a lower cost monthly plan.
