The outside wasn't horrible but not the best the grill still had some bugs in it. However they definitely neglected to pay attention to the inside and this wasn't the first time. This place seems to always be crowded so I thought I'd pay them a visit, the exterior of my vehicle was fine, the interior looked untouched, had to ask an employee if he could wipe it down and vaccum certain areas, he did so with no issue, but it was still not done correctly, the price doesn't meet the quality for me, so I'll never go back there again. read more

First time using this place but wow the customer service and their services are really great. I took our car to get it washed and detailed and accidently they gave us the wrong floor mat on the driver side. We called and they were on top of it, they ordered us a new floor cover (weather mat). We don't live close I happen to be meeting a friend for lunch and had some time to kill and went and got the wash but I will definitely go back if I'm in that area. I higly recommend. 3 times,I was given the wrong rubber floor mats,for my SUV. I have Weathertech mats & someone put some old,torn & worn out mats,in the front. I had to come all the way back,from Palos Heights,they were already put into,another vehicle. I was told,by the younger guy,to purchase new ones & they would reimburse me. I've been going to this car wash for more than 20 years. It's no longer a let's please the customer car wash. It is now a let's see how many cars we can get in an hour car wash. This I was absolutely the worst car wash I have had since I've been going there. I know good help is hard to find these days but when you have your workers concentrating on their phones and their text messages they can no longer concentrate knowing washing the cars. And when the staff turns over as frequently as they do it's hard to get a great car wash. I usually wash my car myself (and I now know why) but Sid not have the time to do it today. 27.00 is a lot to pay for a car wash but the value was just not there. Wanted hand wash and to use my ceramic spray. Mgr told me that they only use Maguire's Wax only (he brought me over to the owner to make sure I couldn't substitute my own ceramic spray and owner concurred) and would be part of a package where they do a total interior detail for $200. New Lexus RX, so didn't need interior, so just got the $25 regular wash and wax. They include inside windows and mats. I'm very particular and watched to make sure they covered everything well which they did. They even open the doors and clean the inside door jambs and rear cargo hatch and dry them after too. They dry with both huge vacuum they drive under and follow up hand drying as well. Doing inside windshield is hard to do completely unless parked towards the sun, but they did a streak-free job on 99% of the windshield, which is pretty darn good with no help from sunlight! The Manager(?) was a nice guy and although the place was busy, all the workers have their jobs down pat. My mats were cleaned and dried good too. Job took about 20 mins with steady stream of luxury cars before and after mine. Worth the $25 and I would highly recommend this place with no reservations!!! read more

This is great place to wash your car. The owner was friendly, the line moved as quickly as it could for a warm December day. I requested the full basic pkg to give my boo a lil TLC. This was an affordable option for a basic wash, tire shine & spray wax. I have Jeep Patriot and I received all this for only $26, not to shabby. went once, had a great experienc. went today, the young lady was cleaning inside rear window, rolled it down to clean top of window and popped my window visor off(whole time me and another customer watched her do this) I asked for the mngr. RUDE/IGNORANT- I was polite the whole time, and he tried putting it back it numerous times, was blaming me, saying not his fault, etc etc.. so I said just plz finish washing my truck-because they started to pre wash it- so he kicks me out of the car wash,-having to back out 2 cars-i asked him to call the owner. he's on the phone with the owner telling him all this bullshit, and I'm correcting him in the background and ge finally asked to speak with me, I explained everything politey and said he would call me, I'm leaving and I went to the young lady who did this and told her I wasn't mad and it was an accident..SHE GAVE ME THE MOST IGNORANT LOOK! This place is extremely expensive and the customer service is hit or miss. Last week when I was there the manager (different person from the original manager that's there most of the time) was very rude. I watched him be very disrespectful to another customer also. Also they change the prices at the drop of a dime. I came last week the manager told me 35 dollars to wash my small suv. The next time I came in I was told it would be 37 dollars. The sign says it should be 34 dollars. I asked why the sudden increase in price from just the previous week. I was told it cost more to use microfiber towels!!! WHAT!!! I think this should be illegal. After questioning the price discrepancies the manager told me the cost would be 35 dollar. Something is off with this place and I question their integrity. Decided to have someone other than myself wash my Black car for a change. The wash itself was good, other than they made a mistake by possibly wiping the side of the car with a dry rag or possibly a dropped rag. They Scratched the heck out of the passenger door. Just seeing that Drove me absolutely nuts and I had to have it corrected. The company had to wet sand the top of the door to get the scratched out and re-apply the ceramic coating. Brought it to the managers attention after the holiday, and it was a wasted conversation. Be cautious if you care for you car and your cars paint finish. read more

My mother's entire radio system was destroyed with water damage from this car wash. She went in for a wash last week and the system was working fine. When she got back in the car after the wash was completed, the radio display would not work. The owner refused to pay for the damage, and wasn't even willing to pay her insurance deductible of $250 for the screen to be repaired. She was only offered credits to return for future washes. I recently paid off my SUV and decided that I would splurge the following month and have my car professionally washed, waxed, and detailed. I contacted this car wash based on a referral from a friend of mine. I inquired about the price before I took my car in and the nice gentleman on the phone quoted me about $300. I don't know much about car detailing for what things cost but I've never had it done and having lost my husband four years ago I can tell you for sure my car hasn't had a wax job since then So I know it really needed it. I told the man on the phone what I expected from this detailing. Basically I expected the car to look like it was on the showroom floor being ready to be resold. Let me tell you they did not disappoint!I dropped my car off the day before as suggested so they could pre-treat any stains on my carpeting. Let me add that I also asked for a headlight restoration during this process as well. The following day I had not heard from them so I called at 4:30 because I wasn't sure what time they were closing and I needed to reclaim my car. It was difficult to get a hold of them only because we were having an Internet problem in the area and their telephones run through their Internet. However, I DM'd them on Instagram and to my surprise they got back to me right away telling me I can come and pick the vehicle up in about an hour. I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick the car up because I am disabled. From what I was told, when he arrived the man whom I assume did most of the work on the car lead my friend into the area where my SUV was opened all the doors and showed him all of the work that was done to the car. My friend then sent me pictures of everything and I was blown away by those pictures. The total cost of the service was $400. Was I a little surprised at the total cost? Yes. However, did their work deserve that kind of payment, absolutely! When I drove my car to work the following day and parked in the parking garage the parking attendant asked me if I received a new paint job! I couldn't be happier with their service. read more

Pay attention after they wash it and look into your paint and you'll notice scratches and swirls and marks I brought brand new cars to this place thinking it's delicate but no sir! The workers here are moving so fast and in such a rush that they are scrubbing and drying your car too hard ! And that is what's causing the scratches. I used to come here all the time to wash my car pre-covid, I went there today and wow how the service has deteriorated. - The undercarriage wash was out of service, and there isn't a sign outside letting people know. You have to find out the hard way once your car is trapped inside and after the sprayed it down and cleaned the rims. The person pretended like he went to find someone to "replace the hose", came back and told me he couldn't find him. - There was still soap dripping off the front of the car before they pulled it forward to dry it. - They no longer remove floor matts and power wash they which a HUGE negative. - They barely wiped down the dashboard and interior, and didn't even dry the door jams. - They used to throw out small pieces of trash (like gum wrappers and things like that)... nope. Not anymore. This is the last time I'll ever bring any of my cars here and I'll no longer recommend it anyone, biggest waste of money. read more

This is the worse place to go for a car wash. They have some VIP package where anyone can get in front of you if you are next in line to get your car washed. Also, they hire a bunch of grade school kids to wash the cars. When I complained about them putting someone in front of me, he said I could leave. I will never come back there. Brought in my car for detailing, which included an engine steam. Asked the guy taking my car if it is safe and if they know what they are doing. After reassuring me they are professionals and do this type of thing all the time, I left the car and came back the next day to pick it up. Wouldn't you know, the car became undrivable and had to be dropped off at the dealership mechanic the next day. Volkswagon mechanic showed me the 4 engine coils he had to replace along with a $400 bill. The mechanic said this type of thing doesn't just happen and the steam clean of the engine was the culprit. Called the owner today and he said it isn't his problem. Didn't matter I had my 90k mile inspection a week ago showing a perfectly operable engine or correspondence from the dealer pointing to the engine steam as the reason all 4 coils failed at the same time. Won't be going back and I recommend if you take your car here, you understand the risk and liability you take as they clearly do not know what they are doing. read more

No one asked me what I wanted done to my car for at least 15-20 minutes. There was no one to even pay. Hell, I thought I was about to get a free wash. I know y'all get busy but get some damn signs or something. Just wasn't my thing. Also, after having to track down the "manager" got in the car and not much was cleaned. I asked if they could use the air freshener I bought. Was still in the pack on the seat. Console not wiped down. Unfortunately, won't be back. I posted a review in April because a bracelet I left in my vehicle couldn't be found after a Carwash. Well 2 months later the bracelet was found on the 3rd row of my vehicle. Apparently it had fallen through the seat and right into a bag. I always loved this car wash before that incident and now I owe them a HUGE apology because the bracelet indeed was never taken from the truck.
