it seems I paid for the inside detail or paid for the "appearance" that they were cleaning the inside. they did a poor job on all the viny/dashboards/ door frames/ around the window/sky light and light frames. they didn't wipe down the middle panel in the back. and I did complain and they took it through twice!!! still poor quality. I immediately went home and wiped down the dashboard and door frames and frames around windows/lights/ and panels and see some photos before. I won't go back for detailing. it's a waste of money. read more

Got fuel, an oil change and a free car wash in under 50 minutes. Had to stay in the car for the oil change due to safety procedures and it got quite warm but I understand. Cheap car wash for cheap price. beware . First the workers hassle you to buy the extra future washes but the washes Expire. I gave in to the 3 for 2 special and got screwed over. I didn't use the 3 rd wash in time bacause The wash is out of my way . I was less than a week out of date and instead of honoring the wash I prepaid for these people called the Crestwood cops and threatened to arrest me for trespassing and disorderly conducts . Crooks I guess getting what you paid for is a crime in Crestwood . I don't know how a wash that I paid for can expire it's not a gallon of milk . Plenty of other good washes around . Just wanted to commend the folks here at Delta Sonic for going above and beyond today. Came for an oil change and the free car wash that comes with it. When I exited the wash and went to the drying lane I noticed I was missing my drivers side wiper blade. I couldn't say for sure if I had it before the wash as it was my wife's car and it was possible it had fallen off before and she didn't notice. I went to the detail shop so they could search the car wash. After coming up empty they just went to their shop and put on a brand new wiper blade for me...free of charge. It's possible I didn't even lose the blade there but they didn't want me driving off without a wiper blade. Thank you Delta Sonic Crestwood for outstanding customer service!!! read more

I went there for an oil change and ended up at another garage when oil was leaking out of my car. It turns out, when they installed my oil filter either it already had a crack or they cracked it putting it in. I had to pay for another oil change, oil to put in my car to get me to the mechanic's, and had to take time off of work. I filled out a customer service form online just to make them aware of the issue, then got a call from the store manager asking me to come in and fill out another form. Not sure what the point it of having them online... I wasn't looking for anything, just for them to be aware of the problem. Not to mention the people who worked in at the garage at this location were not very friendly, nor were the people in the eat-in restaurant area. read more

Not a very happy camper Brought my Cadillac in earlier for an oil change and was sold their premiere service plan which would give me $15.00 off future oil changes, as well as half off other services which appealed to me because I have several vehicles. On the Cadillac I had the fuel service done, as well as the full synthetic oil change. I came back with my pickup truck to have the same fuel service on my truck, and was told the premier service is only good on the vehicle it's purchased for, this wasn't explained when I purchased the plan earlier I was under the impression that once the premiere service was purchased it could be used on all vehicles. The premiere service isn't a value at $59.00 because the same $15.00 you're saving per oil change is equivalent to getting an oil change every 3 months and saving $15.00 on it which is the same money, and the only one that benefits is Delta Sonic because if you come every 3 months they profit, and there's always someone out there with a sale where you can find a better price. Nobody likes to go through the wash twice especially in the Saturday afternoon rush. I've been a member for years now and still wonder why I come back. Several times I've gone through the wash and didn't get the super kiss plus which is the membership I pay for. No matter how much you explain to a "manager" they are useless. Why put a sticker inside my door if the person who decides which wash to give to each car is going to take a wild guess? I got to the drying lane for the second time today and asked the attendant if the tire dressing was sprayed on the 2nd time around and he said it looked ok and sometimes the machine doesn't get the whole tire... anyone reading this by now should know not to waste TIME OR MONEY as they just simply can not get it right. Not once have they fixed any issues by themselves or given compensation, there's only one option which is to go back around. read more

Excellent Car Wash it makes the price go down when you get gas and then it has a free wash area as well as a wash area well-staffed to take care of the business and then even people that will dry your car as well as the free vacuum cleaners. Alright, the kitchen is amazing. The guys in the garage are quite detail oriented. Very thorough, but a bit overpriced. The shop is great, as gas station/convenience stores go, this is tops. The car was is no better than any of the local places and it's a lot more expensive. The interior people outright suck. Having the inside of your vehicle cleaned here takes as much time as it would if you did it yourself and they do a crap job. Overall, they offer a package of services that are pretty all encompassing and offer good food at great prices while you wait. But overall, it's just too expensive for what you get. read more

I have gone to this Delta Sonic for years. Last 2 years I have gotten their 90 day plan for the summer. Never had any trouble/complaints until Labor Day Weekend. The girl put me through the wrong lane (I have a 90 day plan.) The girl took over ten minutes to get me through the lane I went through and complained to 2-3-4 workers there and non of the 3 treated this Army Vet who you would think I should be treated. I come here all the time for gas, it is pretty much always the cheapest in the area. The car wash is huge and always full. I've always wanted to try it, but haven't yet. I get my oil change done here, it's always quick and cheap! There is a restaurant inside the gas station called The Brick Oven and it's great for a quick bite to eat. After waiting for so long, he went inside to see what was taking so long... two men BLATANTLY ignored him. Going back to Homewood!!! I paid for the steam clean and my car is still dirty and dusty. Not worth the $36 here. Homewood would never let me leave with my car like this. After spending $50+ to have my Rogue cleaned inside and out, I was told it was ready. I gave the attendant a generous tip and decided to check the trunk since it was extra dirty from a new Christmas tree flocking. It had never been touched! The attendant said due to COVID protocol they are not allowed to touch any personal items in the truck. My walker was in the back but I should have been notified that they were unable to to do the job. I will never go there again. I took the walker out and another attendant then vacummed it. STAY AWAY... This place is doing something wrong! The last two times we had oil changes here something went wrong with the oil. It's like they don't put full capacity in and the engine goes bone dry after a while. My gaskets are all new, no leaks on the car. Tonight I smelled something and the engine was bone dry. Brought my truck in to be detailed. The entire bottom, (midsection of door to bottom of BOTH quarter panels) are STILL filthy, back of truck STILL filthy, and I paid TWICE as much as what's advertised!!
