Had been in touch throughout the week and confirmed the morning we were coming down with an exact appointment time. Finally arrive at the dealership only to find out the bike was sold 20 minutes before we got there. Brian and his manager claimed they didn't know but my question is why wasn't something placed on this bike to hold it at the very least on the morning after we confirmed the appointment time. We drove 5 hours, had our trailer with the trade in on it and spent several hundred on gas.. this Harley is absolutely shady and I would advise people to stay clear. They don't deserve anyone's business.

Everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable. I was a…read morelittle disappointed with the effort they put into my bike. I wanted a professional with more know how than myself to help me fix a lean surge. I had a long talk with one employee who took notes for the technician explaining what I had done already with no improvement. I was ready to pay them However many hours it took even if it needed a complete rebuild. It was only a few days later they finished and called me. The technician never heard about the notes taken and just changed the pilot jet one size. I did eventually figure out that my float level was way off and it runs perfect now. I know they are a very skilled capable shop but it seemed like they just didn't have time for my old bike. I still buy oil and accessories there but probably won't have any more service done.

Total five star service!…read more An older gentleman with a van and a perceived drivability issue came in and the fellow working took the time to test drive it and then explain that the "pulling" he was noticing was in fact, the road and NOT anything wrong with his van. The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. I myself was getting snows installed, not a huge job- but one they got done very quickly and at a great price- something that while meaningful isn't the end all, be all of something as safety sensitive as tires.
