Our new 2026 Pro R 4 broke down on us over the Memorial weekend, we were going to take it to Sublimity where we purchased it. We had heard good things about NBP, so my guy called to see if they could get the buggy in sooner. They got us in the day after we called. Their communication was great. They let us know ahead of time if they tore into it, and if it was our fault we would have to pay, if it wasn't then it would be covered under warranty. They got into it, and found it was a stuck valve, acting like it wasn't getting oil. Thankfully it wasn't anything we had done wrong, and so it was covered under warranty, because they called to tell us it needed a new motor because of what they found. The hardest part was the wait. Which wasn't their fault, and they kept us updated the whole time. It was mostly waiting on the shipping of the motor. Once they received it they did the install with in a day. We had it back by the 4th of July weekend to play. We think it ran even better than before! I would recommend them for servicing your Polaris. Thank you so much to everyone at North Bend Powersports! Visiting town with my SxS to ride the dunes. Stopped in early AM to get a helmet, gloves, and flag/whip. All the staff were helpful and friendly, even installed the whip and gave us directions on where we could go ride. Couple hours into riding and we have ourselves a mangled tie rod. The guys in the services dept squeezed us in to replace it, and we were out in less than a couple hours, for a VERY reasonable rate. Everyone was cool, and very helpful. 5 stars read more

This is a very nice shop, they have a parts department, tire service center, service center and of course a great selection of motorcycles and side by sides/utv''s. If you have a UTV this is the place to go for tires and wheels and accessories. Had two tires installed on my KLR, excellent service and friendly staff. they Started right on the tires so I waited and checked out what they had for sale, again friendly staff and just let me sit around and talk. My husbands 2012 rzr broke down on first ride of our memorial weekend. While he was out on dunes waiting for a tow I called North Bend Powersports and Jada answered. I asked if they had any new two seat rzr S in stock. They didn't but she made some phone calls and picked one up at another dealership. We did all paperwork over the phone and 4 hours later my husband had his new Rzr delivered to our campsite. Weekend saved....he has never been so surprised. Dune Trip, the day before Thanksgiving, my RZR went into limp mode. I called Parker's and they were very helpful on the phone but it became clear that I had to bring it in. Brian, the service manager, said they were leaving at 4 for the holiday But to bring it in. We arrived around 2:30, they dropped what they were doing and fixed my ride in no time . They charged me minimum and said, "we know you guys drive a long way for this trip and we just want to help people. I was so impressed. Hats off to Brian and Dave and Doug, the mechanics. service that good is rare. my bro that was with me both decided that if we ever buy another side by side, we'll make the trip to buy from Parker's. Parker's ROCKS! Went in yesterday for advice on where to test why our 4WD went out on our 2016 Polaris RZR XP 1000. Bob gave us several things to check. We tried them all and no luck. We brought the RZR in at 9am and by 10am, Bob had done several tests and Reflashed the computer. The reflash worked! Apparently, when we had it in for a recall issue, at another dealer, last month, they did something wrong when they reflashed and it took the 4WD out! A totally professional, efficient and successful experience at Parker's!! read more

Went there looking for rzr parts and the guy that was helping me got on the phone and just walked away. Completely unprofessional. Also had some close friends that went there and were looking to buy a 2016 rzr 1000 turbo. The sales associate did not attempt to help them at all and just blew them off. They ended up saving quite a bit of money by driving to Eugene and buying a new rzr there. Not to mention they got cut a deal on aftermarket parts by buying in Eugene. Will not go back to Parker's. read more

Do not give your money to these people go to Florence for Polaris parts not only are they rude and disrespectful to someone who has spent years and a lot of money at there shop but they do not honor there word. They will do what it takes to get you to give them money and get out the door satisfied or not. They don't want to help unless you're spending huge money. We were missing a small part in our carb and asked for one. They were definitely busy but we overheard one employee say to the other that was looking for our part "don't waste your time looking for a 50 cent part, we have a ton of customers in here that want to spend real money". The man then came out and said they didnt have the part. So since I wasnt spending "real" money I proceeded to put back the helmet, wallet, and 3 pairs of riding gloves I had in my hands to buy. read more

My brother in law broke an axle on his RZR at the coast last weekend at only 3 months old. RZR's carry a 6 month 100% warranty. After the owner of Parker's was VERY disrespectful over the phone about a warranty, they decided they would replace it once we showed up with it on a trailer. They have now called and said Polaris will not warranty it. My brother in law told them to come pick up the RZR, he doesn't want it anymore if that's how they're warranty on such an expensive machine works. They said they can't do that but they will be driving over 80 miles to their home from the coast next week to take the axle off and take it back if he won't pay for it. DO NOT buy anything from Parker's ATV if you can help it. They are going out of their way and spending more time and money than the axle is worth just to leave him having to pay for one. After $18,000 spent there plus hundreds of dollars in small things we have bought, this is the way they do business. Buy a Can-Am or the new Yamaha if you're in the market for a side by side. read more
