"Billy" answered with a tude, and instead of touching his computer to quickly book an appointment and accommodate a simple request, he brushed me off with a "we're at the end our shiftt, call back Monday morning".. Too much good going on at Tom and Giggs! Firstly I've been buying up RC kits and parts from them and they've always went above and beyond with answering questions and thier inventory is very good. They've also ordered special and unique parts I've requested. I've also had them work on my vehicles. My wife's Durango needed a 4 wheel alignment, done quickly and affordably... Went in yesterday with a wheel bearing failure on my Ram truck. They got it in and repaired within 3 hours, also affordable! This owner is completely rude! I bought a tonneau cover over a week ago. The cover has now pushed up my bed rails to the point you have to slam the cover down. I went back yesterday to bring this to thier attention and the owner went off on me telling me I'm ridiculous and saying it's people like me that make his day so bad. He basically was telling me I'm stupid for thinking that the cover was at fault in the first place. The bed rails were not like that when I brought the truck in nor did they have any cuts in them. Yet Tom and gigs decided to, without my permission, cut pieces off my brand new bed rails to make the tonneau cover fit. They didn't call me before making a decision to modify my truck. After all the argument, he said I'm not allowed back so I told him if that's the case I don't want the tonneau cover and to remove it and refund my money. He refused. I guess his 30 day customer satisfaction is not on his to do list to keep his business running right. This guy and his minions are just completely oblivious to good customer service and how to treat and talk to someone respectfully. I was repeatedly given dirty looks and eye rolls from all his staff working in the back. I even had one come up and tell me he was an engineer in the coast Guard trying to discredit me of my issues with the cover. I will never in a million years ever do business with this page again and will Def not recommend anyone there either. read more

We we're traveling from out of state when our catalytic converters both failed. We took it to another shop and were quoted over 2500 dollars, plus three hundred for a coil pack. It was going to take two to three days as well. Tom and Gig's ordered the parts overnight. Everything included, they were over 1800 cheaper and including shipping, it took less than a day. I had my front brakes repaired here in Oct. 2016, shortly after that I started having problems with them, I had gone out of town looking for employment, I was gone several months (6) I returned home and still did not go back to the shop, until I almost hit the little shop beside Davey Jones locker as I was pulling in.
