This is the worst cvs I've had to use.. show up to only 1 prescription filled but she couldn't find it because someone filed it wrong then she said I don't have another prescription, that the original store never transferred it anywhere. I had a prescription faxed over. So after the pharmacy told me it would be ready in an hour and I come in they said but my dr accidentally added tomorrows date. It's after hours and now I can't get my prescription till tomorrow when they can easily fill it tonight. Instead I have to go to work tomorrow and work a full day without my medication when they can but choose not to. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They always have vendor issues. I loved Walgreens but had to change cause my insurance changed. The customer service is literally and they make you feel like a burden when you call to ask for your prescription that they couldn't refill after 4 days! Smh!!! This was my go to pharmacy but after today I will be changing!!! Yesterday I went to urgent care 6/30 it's now 7/1 and my prescription is not filled yet!!! I've been sick for over a week and I need my antibiotics! I am a mother of 2 I can't be bed ridden because this place doesn't get it together, so yesterday my RX was faxed over from urgent care and a few hours later I got an automated message that 1 of the prescriptions was out of stock, I called right away and girl over the phone said they are trying to call the doc to see if she could change the meds, ok so that didn't happen yesterday, so I call this am and the girl on the phone said she was going to check and she tells me the medicine arrived yesterday and she would go ahead and process well she said by 1130 it would be ready I just received an automated message saying it's out of stock I will be calling shortly to check and if that's the case i will have them send it over to another pharmacy this is bullshit, they obviously don't feel the way I do so they don't care!! So there's an opioid crisis in America and CVS is a contributing factor...meds have a schedule of when to be disbursed, and it a strict schedule. They notify you that your prescription is ready via text. You go to pick it up and they tell you they now a mandated narcan policy. Your narcan is ready, but your pain meds are not there and won't be available for 3 days...so you start to withdrawal as well as suffer thru the pain for which you are taking opioids...they have now sent you on a path to potentially want to seek out drugs illegally because they don't have your meds as they stated in the text they send this potentially causing more overdoses even though you are a regular customer and it is a regular prescription that is picked up on a monthly basis...they are putting their customers in jeopardy read more

Love the environment of the store. I went to CVS pharmacy to drop off my prescription after my doctor appointment and they said they would have my prescription ready in 10-15 mins. I have always had to wait hours or come back at a later time at other cvs pharmacies. The prescription was ready in 10 minutes! The pharmacists were so nice and helpful, definitely great customer service. I felt very safe and comfortable at my neighborhood CVS. read more

Had a covid test done for my wife who was visiting from Taiwan and needed a negative test in order to board the plane back. My wife provided all the information needed, her name, insurance etc. Everything went fine until we got the email listing the patient as her husband!! Since her flight was leaving the next day there was no time to get tested again. Called the minilabs no. numerous times but was not able to connect with the right person. The pharmacy was no help as they said they could not contact the labs. When mistakes like this happen it is imperative that a way is found to connect with someone in the lab to correct the mistake. We finally were able to reach someone to correct the mistake after 2 hours of phone calls. Such mistakes are inexcusable when so much is at stake. read more

My girlfriend and I came in for our Covid-19 shots, the first visit went great. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the store, and more specifically the pharmacy. On our second visit, a lady at the pharmacy counter completely ignored me, I walked over to the pick up window and was instructed to start at the dropoff window, where the lady who previously ignored me was addressing another customer that had walked up. I heard her whisper to the lady that instructed us to start in her line "i'm off" which I took offensively as if she didnt want to help us. We walked over anyway and said we were here for our second shot dose, she asked my gf if she lost her card or didnt bring it, as if it mattered because we got our first shots here and have appointments! You have that info, why be difficult and act as if you're annoyed?? Luckily, the wonderful pharmacy lady Anchana, who also gave us our first shots, was so nice and polite! So its not everyone, that lady needs to treat all customers the same. Which is treating the with professional and courteous service! read more

To begin with, as soon as you walk into the CVS it is so empty. There was only two staff working which were both rude. I went to develop some photos and try to use a coupon, and it didn't allow me the option through their computer. So I asked for help. the assistant was a very very rude she was not helpful whatsoever. And had attitude. She didn't let me use the coupon. So I wasted my time sitting there for 30 minutes for nothing I will never come back to the CVS ever again!! read more

Unfortunately this is our local pharmacy. Pharmacy itself isn't all that bad but the customer service at the CVS store sucks. If there were negative stars they'd get -5. Every time we go to get a gift card or some sort of merchandise there's always a problem. My husband bought a $50 gift card has a receipt transaction number and it's already been debited from his bank account. The gift card apparently wasn't correctly activated by the CVS cashier but they can't do anything about it. No manager apparently was there just highest ranking cashier. It's very irritating. Call corporate from CVS or regional manager but everything is closed. Terrible customer service. On top it's taken two months but CVS has given my husband a refund on his gift card purchase. It had to be done by corporate. read more

Don't bother prepaying for your prescription either. They are quick to take your money out of your account but won't give you your prescription because "it's not paid for". Pharmacy Tech - Norma - This girl is just plain rude and confrontational! She had given me misinformation on my first visit and denied me my scripts stating I would need to speak with the pharmacist due to the script being new to this pharmacy before I could pick up my scripts and of course the pharmacist was at lunch. I returned an hour later to pick up the script this time there was a different person at the register who gave me the scripts without questioning me or referring me to the pharmacist for counsel. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist and explained what had transpired with Norma clearly standing in the background she said nothing. A few minutes later I get a phone call from Norma confronting me telling me that I'm confused and it wasn't her come on girl get it together step up and admit your irresponsibility! First of all you don't call a patient and turn the script on them and become condescending in the process you clearly had a chance to speak with me in person and chose to hide on the other side of the phone. You clearly showed the type of person you are and I believe you should definitely be written up for you lack of professionalism. My $$$ will no longer be spent here.....customers have options. read more

Always a really long line and not enough staff at the register or on the merchandise floor to help you. Why don't you staff your store properly and restock your fragrance shelves it always has small sizes and empty spaces in the cabinet. Do something about the line of 12 or more people long. There is a woman whose name is Rita and she works as a pharmacy technician and she is the meanest and rudest ever! I really don't know why she's still there after the way she treats customers. I don't know what her deal is but every time I go there she is the only person who gives me a hard time. I've been getting medication filled here for 10 years and just recent because my doctor had a different prescription paper she implied that I was trying to get medicine illegally. First, in 10 years I've never had any illegal situations with any of the over 50 medications that's been filled here and if I were to do that why in the heck would I start doing that now? People who do that show patterns and wouldn't go to a big chain pharmacy. Second, she was either calling the surgeon who prescribed me the medication a liar or me so I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish? And lastly, let me remind you Rita that you are not a doctor nor are you even a pharmacist after all those years you've been there you are still only a technician so please stay in your lane. My last straw was just last week when l was in the drive thru picking up my medicine and she was waiting on all of the cars before me but when it was my turn she had another technician help me. That is discrimination. It was so uncomfortable and I started to go in and file another complaint against her but the mere fact that she is still there lets me know that cvs pharmacy doesn't care about customer complaints. I really am torn because like I said I've been coming here for years and haven't had any problems from anyone but her. She is just one person but it seems as though whenever I go there she is working and it gives me anxiety. I shouldn't have to feel anxiety about how she will treat me when I go in there. I really hope cvs will transfer or fire her because she is a nightmare. Her life must be miserable and that is very sad for her. In the end if this happens one more time I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
