QFC used to be a local grocery chain. Then Kroger ate them (this was many years ago). QFC got a…read morelittle worse. Then Safeway ate Albertsons and QFC got a lot worse. Now Kroger is trying to eat Safeway, and QFC jumping the gun by preemptively taking a nose dive. For years, people called this store "the new QFC" because it was newer and nicer and shinier (and, imo, better-smelling) than the one a couple blocks over. We didn't know how good we had it then! This particular location used to be clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and appropriately staffed. Variety and quality of foods (especially produce) seems to have taken a downturn. Now, pick 2 of those at any given time and you'll be lucky. Less pharmacy hours, never anyone at the customer service desk, a giant bay of tiny u scans with one harried employee trying to deal with everyone's coupons, misweighed items, and produce with no stickers. Locked cases popping up all over the store, but only one or two employees in the entire store who can open them. Worse yet, a lot of the stuff in the cases doesn't have pricetags, so you just have to guess - not great for what are ostensibly some of the most expensive items in the building. Don't bother asking that employee who unlocked the case for you; they probably already have a gaggle of other customers following them around like the pied Piper, waiting for them to unlock some other case on the opposite side of the store. To be exceptionally clear in case some corporate scrooge reads this: none of this is the employees' fault, they are doing the best they can, and this is all clearly the consequence of corporate cost-cutting measures. I'd give it 3.5 stars because it's not the *worst* QFC on the eastside (I'd put it solidly above the 50th percentile, which says a lot about the state of the brand), and it's definitely still better than "the old QFC", but it's a marked downturn from what it used to be in years past (even post Kroger merge)

I received a text later that night that it was ready but only half of the prescribed amount was available and that they had to order the rest. I was told they would order it and it would take a week or so. They said we could pick up the half the amount or wait but either way, that amount was set aside for us. Fast forward to today, 12/30/24. Called at 10:00AM and confirmed that the medication was ready for pickup. Nope! Still only have half. They did not place the order yet for the other half, but stated that they could do so if I wanted them to? Definitely want them to, which is why I asked them to 2 weeks ago. My husband dropped off our dog's prescription for Simparica Trio on his lunch today 12/30/24 at noon. Got a text at 12:34PM that it was ready for pickup. Husband went to pick it up at 5PM after work, pharmacist states that it's not ready for pick up and that it's gonna be a bit for them to fill it. He asks to pick up the half our cat's prescription that we were told was ready and the pharmacist states that "these flea meds don't last long on the shelves" and we have to wait until Friday for a new shipment to come in. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if a medication is filled for a patient it should be labeled and set aside for them, correct? Not given away to another customer. Especially if a customer is informed that the medication is ready for pickup. Will absolutely not be using this pharmacy again unless some excellent customer service comes from this review. $286 worth of purchase definitely deserves better customer service than this. Our time has been thoroughly wasted and our cat is behind on prevention now.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Carlos A., Pharmacy Technician, Costco Woodinville Pharmacy location. I asked him to check on the availability of a medication. After determining that the medication was not in stock, he insisted on checking availability at the warehouse to see if it could be brought in on a shipment by tomorrow. Carlos A. exemplifies the wonderful customer service that I've come to expect at Woodinville Costco pharmacy. My hats off to this location and Carlos A., a wonderful employee exemplifying the spirit of Woodinville Costco pharmacy !!!

I went on their site to register and request that my prescription be transferred to Alto, which took a couple of days. After the transfer process was complete, I requested the prescription refill. They offer free prescription delivery via courier, but I opted to pick it up at their Bellevue pharmacy location. It is located inside Plaza 520. There are numerous buildings in this business center, so you should take down the address or look on a map app to find the location. The pharmacy interior is pretty basic. There is just a front desk and what seems to be some prescription bins for couriers to gather prescriptions for delivery on the left. Pickup was quick. I just gave my name and the staff member brought my prescription out which included a couple of free sea salt caramels inside the bag. Based on the prescription savings and the delivery options available, I would recommend Alto.

I also wish they had offered a recommendation for something available. I do see that my insurance was billed for a medication I never received as well.
