This CVS is just like most other CVSs'. In the sense that it sells the same products as every other one and has overall the same service as every other CVS. This isn't a bad location or spot for one. But the design on the inside is very frustrating to navigate through the first time going here. At least its a good place to go to pick up your amazon packages if you have them delivered to a locker instead. But it's not the best CVS to go to at all as it's just not as fun to go to as other's I have been to in the past. read more

Given the labor shortages I think that this location does a really good job at trying to meet customers expectations. They are they return calls properly. They get orders filled as soon as possible. They work with you on trying to find your meds if they're out overall the people that we've worked with at the drive-through have been very very friendly and I'm much happier at this location than I am at Walgreens read more

Pharmacy is very slow. Drive in window is also very slow. Sometimes they have a hard time finding your "ready" prescription.

The store on Willow Lake Rd Prescott is having issues with their registers and self check out machines. Neither are ringing up the extra care cards nor coupons and the poor staff are having a heck of a time today. The corporate office needs to send someone out to help these poor workers get this issue resolved. You can't run a business without functioning registers! read more

Sorry - but you can do better - had an appointment for Covid test - waited over a hour in the line of cars - seemingly disorganized so that it took nearly 30 minutes when our turn finally came at the window to provide the kit - and that was after already waiting in the car line a full hour which put us 30 minutes after our appointment time to even be waited upon. Waiting at the window for 30 minute for a two minute self test even though I provided all paperwork in advance electronically was annoying. All in all we were there for 1.5 hours! Unsatisfactory - be ready to go - you send text reminders - add a feature where the customer confirms they are coming and then print off the labels in advance. Update: the good news is we had our test results electronically the next morning less than 24 hours after the test. We are traveling internationally so this reduced our stress. I added back a star. The person who served us was pleasant as well. read more

I got a text from cvs they are filling my prescription. I go to cvs and it won't be ready for a few days. Why send the text? I ask? "It's just to let you know we are getting ready to fill it". My husband went to pick it up later but lunch is at 1:30. He asks someone to help him and the 2 pharmacy people refused to speak to him. Just wouldn't answer him. If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in there today to have 3 prescriptions filled for our son who just had oral surgery. ALL of the drop off windows were closed. So we went to the consultation window where we stood for several minutes with no one even acknowledging our presence. Eventually we gave up and went to stand in line with everyone else at the pick up counter since it was the ONLY area that was manned. We stood there for at least 10 minutes while customers asked why everything is so backed up. Once we got to the front of the line I was informed that I was in the wrong line. I advised them that all other windows were closed. The to me was "oh, then you need to go to consultation" I expressed that a sign indicating such would be helpful. I was told "We are doing the best we can. We are short staffed. The response every time to others and to me was "we are so understaffed". So someone asked if they are having such a hard time filling customer needs why have they closed on weekends. The answer was the same. So the clerk indicated that "It's so hard on Mondays" because they have too many orders to fill from all the weekend requests. This place needs a manager who can recognize that staffing shortages are not solved by closing two days and expecting existing staff to do 7 days worth of work in 5 days. The Corporate office needs to recognize that if they can't fill their vacancies it's due to one of two issues 1. Substandard wages or 2. Poor work environment (or both). Cut into your profits a bit CVS and start serving your customers or close your doors. Walmart does better! read more

Worst pharmacy ever. No customer service, no customer care. They don't answer their phone, they don't care how long you have to wait in their drive through. They closed their pharmacy on the weekends and never bothered to tell customers with existing prescriptions up about it. Do not give this CVS business. They are completely incompetent and uncaring. read more

Plain & simple.... This place have terrible service. Prescriptions are "in process" literally a week. OR..... they screw it up or fill it two or three times just for fun. They are understaffed and there seems no end in site. This place needs to be fixed. Until they do.... don't come here. read more

Forced to use this pharmacy due to insurance coverage. Horrible. Suddenly closed pharmacy on weekends with no notice. Prescriptions taking a week (or more) to be filled. Receiving texts that say scrips are ready, but when you get there, it's not ready and they say the text system is messed up. I'm thinking it's not the text system, it's the pharmacy itself. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. read more

We drove two hours for our COVID-19 test appointments required for an upcoming flight. When we arrived, we found the pharmacy was closed. We received no notification about this prior to our appointments. Now, because our appointments were not respected, we may not be able to board our flight. read more

The "drive-thru" window at CVS Willow Creek is absolutely worthless! They provide Covid testing which takes approximately 30 minutes per customer leaving everyone else in line to sit and wait to pick up their prescriptions for, possibly, HOURS. There are no signs warning cars in line that if you are further back than first or second in line, you will be waiting over an HOUR just to have the chance to pick up your needed prescription(s). If there are more cars behind you, you are stuck there against your will. This is madness! I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and will warn anyone who wants to go there, NOT to do so! It is an embarrassment to the company and its owner Aetna. What a sham!!! read more

I've been using this pharmacy for 3 years now and I have never met a staff member that wasn't trying their absolute best. This pharmacy is very busy and sometimes there's a bit of a wait. But this isn't anything that can be blamed on the staff-- they're all doing their best! Everyone is so kind and so helpful I love them so much. I leave Prescott in a year and I will be truly sad to move to a new pharmacy. Sometimes people get impatient or grumpy and yell at the staff when the staff is obviously running around trying to do 1,000,000 things at once. It's sad to see these wonderful people get yelled at or get poor reviews because some impatient person believes they're more entitled to the staff's time than anyone else before them. Time is a human construct and if you understand that hundreds, even thousands, of people are all trying to get service from 3-5 people and that these staff members cannot put you in front of anyone else because you're upset you have to wait a little bit nor can they bend space-time to complete multiple things in 0.05 seconds, then maybe you should ask your doctor about a prescription for Xanax as well so you can chill out. Life is beautiful and taking a moment to sit, relax, and reflect is a valuable luxury these days. Worst pharmacy I have ever used!! I have never had a pharmacy make as many mistakes as this one. The latest incident happened today-- my wife accidently walked out of the pharmacy with two drugs that she thought were supposed to be filled. When she arrived home, she discovered two drugs that she no longer needed and one in particular that she specifically said she no longer used. When I attempted to return the drugs in the bags still stapled, they refused to take them back. I know pharmacies are not supposed to take drugs back after they leave the pharmacy, but they're also not supposed to make these kinds of mistakes! At least once a month, they make a mistake by filling the wrong prescription, or giving me an unacceptable alternative Prescription. The worst part of it is that they seem to not really care. They basically said that if I do not like the pharmacy, they would transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Wow, guess I will have to report them to the proper Arizona agency. But then again, they don't care. read more

This is the rudest pharmacy. Dropped of my prescriptions to be filled the night before and was going to wait on them they said they would be ready in one hour. I ended up coming back the next day to have them filled and they still were not filled and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Mike the manager of the pharmacy was completely rude and said if I didn't like having to wait that he would transfer my prescription to another. Flavia the window help was also rude and went out of her way to make sure she kept up the negativity. I will never use this pharmacy again. read more

Went in to pick up a few things since this new location is so close to my house. I was greeted politely by the cashier when I came in. I got my supplies and went up to the register and THERE WAS NO CASHIER!!!! I waited a couple of minutes and did a quick scan around the store . . . No cashier. The pharmacy had several people in line so I set what I had intended to purchase on the counter and left. Went to the Walgreens on Gail Gardner and was in and out within 5 minutes. read more

literally am so sick of this pharmacy, they treat me like im a dumb kid when i'm just 19 living on my own and then they gave my three month prescription to someone else then proceeded to tell me that someone got it and wouldn't do anything about it. then they told me if i want to know more about it i can call the cops so i called non emergency line and got them involved and then the pharmacy only gave me a 1 month of my prescription when my insurance pays for a three month of it. then the manager there proceeded to tell me to "make sure this doesn't happen again, because i won't refill this for you next time" as if i did it. they gave away my prescription to someone else. read more

My insurance switched to CVS Caremark just over a year ago. I use this CVS pharmacy and have consistently found the staff to be helpful, friendly and courteous, including the drive-up and phone staff. I travel frequently and not all CVS pharmacies are as nice as these folks. Many thanks to all of you at the Willow Lake Rd location, including the staff that administers the immunizations. read more
