This last visit today is just one example of how it's been since we moved here last July 2024. I asked a blue vest Walmart employee in the garden center a question. Her response was in a very, very rude tone, "I fill orders I don't work back here!" I checked out in the self checkout lane. Was going to ask the employee there a question, but she was texting on her phone. I purchased a flower from the garden area. So of course I didn't have a bag. When I was leaving the "Unwelcome" person yells, "I need your receipt, I need your receipt!!!" I wasn't even to her yet and she was throwing a fit. I showed her my receipt and told her, "Just so you know you and your fellow employees are very rude!" When we arrived at Safeway, we went to the counter to let them know we were here. The clerk was apparently born without a personality, and told me I was good to go. He told my wife that she was "not in the system." She showed him her email reminder on her cellphone. She was again told that she was "not in the system" and she would have to fill out a paper form for her shots. I gave the clerk Mom's name. He asked me for her birth date. I gave it to him, and he told me that he had a "different birth date" for mom in his system. I had to fill out a paper form for her shots. The pharmacist did a good job with the shots. This will be the last time I use the Safeway pharmacy, Willow Creek Road.

That was my first time there, my second time same cold response, but worse as I had a question on why I wasn't receiving my usual 28 day supply of a product as she just had the 14 day pack. She looks something up and states, "It's your insurance!" I answered, "My insurance has always given me a 28 day supply." After going home and calling my insurance they stated they saw the transaction and the pharmacy filled a 14 day when in fact it was written as a 28 day supply. I have now switched all my meds to mail order. Between Safeway pharmacy and Walgreens on Willow Creek apparently they don't care if their customers are happy. They must get paid regardless whether they have customers or not.

Michelle, along with a couple other company employees, assisted in demonstrating various types of walkers. She made very helpful recommendations based on the needs of my husband. A few weeks prior to today's visit, we went there to find a walking cane for my very tall husband. Whether it's a small, inexpensive item or a high-end piece of equipment, you get their undivided attention. We've always been treated with so much respect and they never fail to provide the best possible customer service.
