I called to confirm date and time of an appointment for a disabled patient and man answering the phone was very rude and said it was a violation of Hippa to give me any information. I said if he can't confirm appointent time I wouldn't be able to get him to his appointment. He didn't care. I would never do business with this office as a customer. I'm shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional treatment. read more

front office staff very friendly, wait time minimum, exam went well, no big push to buy new glasses, over all nice efficient visit.

A good and solid business. Been here for a long time and the quality care and attention given is part of its value. I would recommend this to everyone needing glasses and other eye issues would do well to give them a try. read more

I was very pleased with my visit. There was no waiting for the appointment. Everyone was very polite and efficient. Dr Rummel listened to what I had to say and did several checks on my eyes. Staff are super friendly and organized. Dr. Meyer is a gem! Appreciate the satellite office in PV.

Excellent; Im not text savey and they walked me through it all, got taken care of, at front desk, quickly and had almost just sat down and was called. The only unusual thing is after I went to exam room the door was left open, before Mark came in; it was kinda cool, I could view others taking their eye exam and I didnt feel as bad about mine... read more

Totally incompetent front office staff. Extremely rude "Office Administrator". The office is old, outdated, and stinks. Beware of price gouging practice of requiring excessive and unnecessary appointments. read more

I hand carried my Eyemed insurance card to this location at the beginning of January 2025. Was told after 3-5 minutes, after the front desk girl looked it up, that they do accept it. Today was my husband's & my eye doc appointments. They waited until I showed up today to tell me they do not accept my insurance. I left. My husband asked about his appointment. Front desk told him I canceled both appointments. He said, "No she didn't! I was sitting right here!" Sadly & unfortunately no professionalism. Are they possibly going bankrupt like that eye doctor at Kokopelli on Glassford? I wonder? read more

I am absolutely outraged at my treatment. I moved to Prescott a couple of years and I exam one year ago. I made my annual appointment a year ago when I had my last exam for mid May. I got a call on May 2 that they needed to reschedule my appointment for August because they were too booked on my schedule day. I told I booked the appointment a year ago and they could not care less. The only thing they asked me is if I wanted to cancel. me as a patient, but they also lost my wife and a lot of revenue because she needed cataract surgery was about to schedule it with him. read more

Love Dr Rummel and his staff! I had YAG surgery and it went wonderfully, I can see clearly again! Dr Rummel listened and provided great care

From the minute my husband and I walked up to the front desk we were met with a friendly courteous and efficient staff! Even though the waiting room was full of patients waiting to be seen.... We were seen within 15 minutes. We were ushered to a room by a gal who went over our medical history and performed several eye tests, peripheral vision, etc. This took about 15 minutes and she was both very friendly, A great listener and very professional. She directed me to a small, waiting area and within 5 minutes I was directed to the Eye Dr's examination room. Dr Steve was very thorough, friendly, funny and professional all at the same time. I didn't feel stressed or rushed during my visit. I was then directed to the appointment desk and again was treated with the utmost respect from the staff. If I had to describe this office it would be that it runs like a well oiled machine with support, empathy, intelligence, courtesy and efficiency without feeling anything but great vibes from all the staff. My husband had a very pleasant experience as well. We would recommend this office to everyone who want to be treated with the respect and dignity we experienced! read more
