While the Airline is working to compensate me for this, I still had the urgent need of 1) glasses that needed adjustment from being bent out of shape 2) scratches that needed to be buffed out and 3) a new eyeglass case. In a town where I know no one I chose a national brand place to start with in my search of getting my sun glasses at least usable. I am visiting the desert after all. I stopped in here for those reasons. Colby Watts greeted me with calm, quiet professionalism. In addition, she was very detailed in determining the best lens prescription for my glasses including testing different lens inside and outside her office. I left a message but no one returned my call. i called again later and was told the entire billing department was at lunch. The person hung up before I could say anything else. I called again this evening and was told that the office was closed. I asked if my call could be transferred to billing so I could leave another message for billing to call me first thing tomorrow morning. In a rude manner, she told me, "I can't do that so I'm letting you go." She then abruptly hung up. This hasn't been the first time I have encountered a staff member who was curt and unpleasant. It seems that the staff members who call patients or who answer the phones in the office are frequently dismissive and unprofessional.
