Example: my dr prescribed me a particular medication, however, my insurance was not covering the medication. So I asked the pharmacist to hold off so that I could see what was going on with my insurance. Try and get them to pay for it two days later I come back to get the medication asked for it and they said it was gonna be like 2025 minutes because they had to get it together. My response was that I was notified that the medication was ready to pick up. The pharmacy technician advised that it wasn't and it would be about 20 minutes. No big deal! When I return to pick up the medication, the pharmacy manager proceeded to tell me that it was ready however, I had requested that to be put back because I didn't want it. Which is not what had occurred. I'd advise when well. Know that is incorrect. I came to pick it up. They advised that my insurance was not paying for it and I wanted to get in touch with my insurance to get that corrected. So I asked him to hold off on it. I did not tell them I didn't want it and to return it to stock. He then proceeded to tell me that I did tell him to return it to stock and that's why he was put back in a very rude condescending, unprofessional manner. Now I realize this is not the greatest issue in the world. However, every interaction with this person is like this, and I've seen it with other individuals as well. The pharmacy manager is rude, arrogant, obnoxious, and just condescending and unprofessional. And considering the fact that I spend over $6000 a month And medication in that pharmacy, he can kiss my ass I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

They came through with a new brand of pulse machine when I needed it, but it developed a problem, so I got the old brand of pulse oxygen unit back. This time I bought a small cart to roll the unit around, which works very well. Problem solved. One time I was going to an event that I knew was going to last longer than my battery. Alliance let me use another battery for the event. I probably could have borrowed two if I needed them, but I only need one extra battery. I was not charged any money. I have high praise for Alliance. They really do care for their patients. Last summer I went to Montana with the family. Alliance let me use a great oxygen unit that has wheels and a handle. It also had continuous flow oxygen and pulse oxygen all in that one unit. It was wonderful for the trip, and I had no trouble taking it on the airplane. Alliance didn't even charge me a penny for using it. I apologize to Alliance for giving them a bad review. They truly do go all out for their patients. They deserve 5 stars or more.

I have been to this facility several times in the last two years. The first several times were for…read moreMRIs, an x-ray today, and today was my first mammogram ever. I won't lie; I was terrified of having a mammogram done thanks to the horror stories I heard years ago before I was at an age when mammograms are suggested. I was very surprised at how gentle the technician was and how quick the procedure was. Every time I have gone to this facility, for which ever procedure I needed done, the staff is always professional, caring, and efficient. I don't think I have ever waited longer than five minutes to be escorted to the room for changing into the gown for my procedure. Once in my gown, I have never had to wait to have the procedure to be done. From the moment I walk in the front door through the end of my visit, I am always treated like a person not just another number on a form. From check in to check out and everything in between, all the staff members are always friendly and very willing to help in anyway I may need. They even try to make certain that I am comfortable whilst having a procedure done. Even on phone calls, the staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. If you are in the Prescott area and need to have any imaging done (MRI, x-ray, ultrasound, mammogram, etc.), I would highly recommend using PMI. Even if you don't live in the Prescott area (such as the Phoenix or Flagstaff areas), and you are tired of waiting for your procedures, sick of being treated like another number, you've had a bad experience at an imaging facility, or you are just afraid of having a procedure done, this is definitely worth the drive. Another plus for this facility is that it does take Medicare. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

She doesn't talk down to you or rush you -- when you speak with her, it feels like talking to a good friend who truly cares. What really stands out is how incredible she has been with my parents, who both have dementia. We were previously going to one of the top dementia clinics in all of Arizona, but Dr. Alyssa has done more for them with her compassion, patience, and understanding than any specialist has. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and always makes sure we understand the plan moving forward. She has a true heart for people, especially seniors with cognitive issues, and her kindness shows in every interaction.
