I have questions & meds that need refills from a different State- Its been 2.5 hrs yesterday & today between 2 pharmacies- including Prescott Valley CVS & ZERO resolution... so I guess I'll have to get a ride ( as my vehicle hasn't arrived from being shipped yet) & then be told yes or no + wait for it to be filled OR go w/out vital meds! This is a veryyy veryyy bad way to do business. For all of those angry- the Costco pharmacy answers their phone! I just can't switch this mth bc I'm having to transfer State to State. I go in there regularly, as my OneAZ bank is next door and my Natural Grocers store is across the street. The experience I've had in that Walgreens store is one of the best of any pharmacies I've ever been in, and I ought to know. I was a supervisor for one of the largest CVS pharmacies in the country before moving to Prescott from CA.

I've been sent notices that my prescriptions are ready drive 30 miles into town go pick them up only to be told it isn't ready. "Oh I'll have to print out the script and put it on order!" I said, "I got a notice it was ready. So I drove into town to pick it up!" "Well I can't give you something we don't have, you know what I mean! We will order it! Check with us tomorrow." A day or two later I call to check. "No we don't have that in stock we will need to print out the script and order it." What do they do with my script? Do they give my order to someone else? This keeps happening. I've waited three weeks for the Libre Sensor to be filled. I transferred everything to Safeway and it was filled in 30 minutes, oh and they were nice.

Her response was in a very, very rude tone, "I fill orders I don't work back here!" I checked out in the self checkout lane. Was going to ask the employee there a question, but she was texting on her phone. I purchased a flower from the garden area. So of course I didn't have a bag. When I was leaving the "Unwelcome" person yells, "I need your receipt, I need your receipt!!!" I wasn't even to her yet and she was throwing a fit. I showed her my receipt and told her, "Just so you know you and your fellow employees are very rude!" We try not to shop at Walmart, when we do I usually go to the one that is further away with nicer employees. What a joke.

At least its a good place to go to pick up your amazon packages if you have them delivered to a locker instead. This Frys overall is good from the size of the store, to the selection of products, having a gas…read morestation to get cheap but also good gas at as well as put the fuel points to use. It's well stocked, clean, has nice employees and is a good store to go to when needing to go shopping or if there are good deals in the weekly ad. It's especially good for getting cheap prices on items that have reduced pricing because they're near the expiration date or damaged. However, it still has its problems too, but it's not the markets fault for any of the complaints I am about to mention. Getting to the market during the day can be a pain due to busy traffic. Also the parking lot is a pain too because of the angled parking and then there are plenty of one way streets or areas. Also need to watch out for random areas to stop at and the gas station itself can be a pain to drive through due to the amount of traffic that goes in and out constantly. As for inside the store, there is a bit of a weird feeling with the floor feeling a bit dirty and sticky. Also there are produce items that are going bad too that either have not been removed or dealt with. To summarize, the Frys is good but still has its problems.

Missing items on the shelves, unhappy employees who never smile at you, and a non-hands on manager. Deli continues to have staffing issues as well as the bakery department. This results in them not opening that section of the store or opening very late in the morning. Totally unacceptable. Most of the mornings when I shop there is only 1 check stand open and nobody to bag groceries. Understaffed. I have seen pets in the store that are not service animals and one time the pet was actually on the food conveyor belt. Yet management refuses to address this issue with the customer. Wow could this store be improved. They can take a lesson from the Prescott Valley store which is top notch and I would go to in a heartbeat if it was closer to my home.
