The First Lady was super rude short and talking down to me. The second person told me I don't know what I'm doing about two times and spoke down to me like I'm a child. I had a script transferred and did all the work for the pharmacy to make it easier yet they made it very difficult and I hope they are just having a bad day.

We went there to consider buying an upscale walker for my husband. The very knowledgeable staff spent a lot of time with us describing the pros & cons of various walkers. Michelle, along with a couple other company employees, assisted in demonstrating various types of walkers. In addition, she explained the Medicare payment allowance upon receipt of a prescription from the physician. She spent a lot of time with us and there was never any pressure to purchase anything. She made very helpful recommendations based on the needs of my husband. A few weeks prior to today's visit, we went there to find a walking cane for my very tall husband. Whether it's a small, inexpensive item or a high-end piece of equipment, you get their undivided attention. We've always been treated with so much respect and they never fail to provide the best possible customer service. I go in there regularly, as my OneAZ bank is next door and my Natural Grocers store is across the street. The experience I've had in that Walgreens store is one of the best of any pharmacies I've ever been in, and I ought to know. I was a supervisor for one of the largest CVS pharmacies in the country before moving to Prescott from CA.

I've been sent notices that my prescriptions are ready drive 30 miles into town go pick them up only to be told it isn't ready. "Oh I'll have to print out the script and put it on order!" I said, "I got a notice it was ready. So I drove into town to pick it up!" "Well I can't give you something we don't have, you know what I mean! We will order it! Check with us tomorrow." A day or two later I call to check. "No we don't have that in stock we will need to print out the script and order it." What do they do with my script? Do they give my order to someone else? This keeps happening. I've waited three weeks for the Libre Sensor to be filled. I transferred everything to Safeway and it was filled in 30 minutes, oh and they were nice.

This last visit today is just one example of how it's been since we moved here last July 2024. I asked a blue vest Walmart employee in the garden center a question. Her response was in a very, very rude tone, "I fill orders I don't work back here!" I checked out in the self checkout lane. Was going to ask the employee there a question, but she was texting on her phone. I purchased a flower from the garden area. So of course I didn't have a bag. When I was leaving the "Unwelcome" person yells, "I need your receipt, I need your receipt!!!" I wasn't even to her yet and she was throwing a fit. I showed her my receipt and told her, "Just so you know you and your fellow employees are very rude!" We try not to shop at Walmart, when we do I usually go to the one that is further away with nicer employees. What a joke.

This Frys overall is good from the size of the store, to the selection of products, having a gas…read morestation to get cheap but also good gas at as well as put the fuel points to use. It's well stocked, clean, has nice employees and is a good store to go to when needing to go shopping or if there are good deals in the weekly ad. It's especially good for getting cheap prices on items that have reduced pricing because they're near the expiration date or damaged. However, it still has its problems too, but it's not the markets fault for any of the complaints I am about to mention. Getting to the market during the day can be a pain due to busy traffic. Also the parking lot is a pain too because of the angled parking and then there are plenty of one way streets or areas. Also need to watch out for random areas to stop at and the gas station itself can be a pain to drive through due to the amount of traffic that goes in and out constantly. As for inside the store, there is a bit of a weird feeling with the floor feeling a bit dirty and sticky. Also there are produce items that are going bad too that either have not been removed or dealt with. To summarize, the Frys is good but still has its problems.
